I don't know why I ordered dentures from this company.anyway I am aware they sold hats too. So I lost out on $45.00 dollars. I've been requesting my money back for the last 3 weeks. I am a disabled woman that can barely even walk. I will not allow this company to rob me. Can anyone help me and tell me what next step I can do to get my money back please. Scam Scam Scam. Have not received my hat. Tracking number I was provided does not work. The tracking company does not recognize the number. I should have read the reviews on this company.

Absolutely terrible, low-quality replicas. Nothing whatsoever like the hat in the picture. The website claimed the hats would arrive in a box, but mine came in a crushed plastic bag. Utterly disappointing for the $58 I paid, including shipping. For the quality and materials, this product isn’t even worth $10. Do not buy anything from this site—it’s a complete scam.

Rockhatter...Dont buy...its a scam I bought a Harvester Sorrow I...they sent me a trash hat with a peice string around it...and then I had to fight with them about my money.

Absolutely cheap products. Do not buy. Asked for 100% refund and they only offered 20%. Disgusted!

Total scam. Same story as all the rest. I ordered 2 hats and they shipped 2 hats that are not even close to either hat I ordered.
What they did ship is what they called an upgrade. They were completely crushed because they were shipped in a plastic pouch.

What A "Rip Off"... I,ve recieved a "MASHED UP" usps envelope with a thin flat peace of trash hat in it. No contact info that works,purposely. PLEASE DON'T!!

Disgraceful company that should be ashamed and should be punished! Lying, fraudsters that rip people off and pretend to run a legit business absolutely disgusting!!! Their products are ripped from Talented designers and even duplicated the photos then they supply flea market products in plastic bags that are only fit for trash!!! Why are Facebook allowing these fraudulent companies on their site?🤬🤬🤬

I ordered the High Plains drifter hat and the Arthur Morgan hat and the order finally came today. I opened the package in a plastic bag blowmold there’s two little kid, cowboy hats with plastic rims on the inside, and the hats were dented in a little bit, but this is not what I paid for and it’s total bullshit. Do not do not buy from this garbageplace.

Just like everyone else, I ordered two hats and received two totally unrelated ones as "replacements" without notice or consent. Shipped in a bag from a New York address. I now have their actual Chinese address, should anyone want it. They are trying to get me to return the hats and cover shipping. This only after I demonstrated that I had successfully traced their email address to the source. This seems to be the only way to get their attention. I'd suggest a class action lawsuit.

Cheap, inferior hat, also not the hat I ordered, also came in a bag. Waste of money.

Should have read reviews before i wasted money on these flea market hats. Ordered 4 different color hats and styles, Received 4 black crushed bullshit cowboy style hats. They were shipped in plastic bags, NO PROTECTION FROM WEIGHTED ITEMS. Not even correct hats that i ordered. TOTAL SCAM----DO NOT BUY, SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASMENT.

Business is a scam. Didn’t realize until I was waiting for my order and google searched the company. Hat ordered was not the hat received. The mailing address was from a residential home in California. Same with my hat haven.

I ordered two fedora style hats size small from their website.
I received Two identical extra large cowboy hats not in boxes but in plastic bags.
When I complained I was offered a 20% refund which I declined and requested a full refund.
In order to get the full refund I have to send the hats to China at my own expense or accept a 40% refund.
This company are scammers don NOT purchase from them !!!. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

If there was a zero rating I would have given that. The hat I ordered was crushed beyond repair. The quality was crap and the dye job was like someone quickly dipped it in a vat of coloured water. This is a Chinese scam company and they are prepared to return 30/40% of the purchase price which results in a price that is 70% more than the product is worth. TOTAL SCAM!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ! SCAM ALERT When these hats (2) arrived in (AUS) from China. They were not what we order.
There were Wrong Sizes, Designs, Colours and Shape. They did not arrive in Boxes as stated on the Website. Rockhatter website is TOTALLY misleading. You won't get what you presumed you have purchased. Don't waste your Time or your money !! Really wished I had read the reviews before I purchased ! Avoid at all cost from purchasing from this company.
