RockHatter is now showing their hats on the Fox news feed with a company name of BrimsWorth. Exact same hats. Rock Hatter got me too. Mortified I fell for it. Never again will I respond to an ad on the Fox feed

Like everyone else, I expected a quality hat and received a crushed piece of crap shipped in a plastic bag.

Product could be Ok maybe but shipped from another country in a plastic bag USPS all wrinkled and out of shape. No instructions on how to restore. Don't waste your money.

What a rip-off! Their website displays some beautiful well-made hats...but that is not what you will receive. They show that they are from Colorado but that is unlikely. I could not track my shipped hat which was finally after several weeks. They advise you to install some goofy tracking app on your computer...but you still cannot find out anything about the whereabouts. Their web site has no physical street address shown, no email address shown. They also have no phone number shown. They claim to offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your hat. but they have no means of you being able to collect on their bogus guarantee. They claim that all of their hats are shipped in sturdy boxes to protect them, but that also is just another lie. Instead of a sturdy box mine was shipped in just a large plastic bag and it was badly squashed, Paid about $57.00 for the hat PLUS another $16.00 for "expedited shipping. So for about $75,00 total, so today after several weeks I finally received . The hat was VERY cheaply made. It looked more like a play hat for a small child, it was a different color and style than the one I ordered. It was badly damaged, the felt that it was made from was very cheap and thin. It was also about 4 sizes smaller than the one I ordered. This was the worst scam that I have fallen victim to yet, I am going to fill a fraud complaint with my credit card company, but I don't really think that will help matters either, Just PLEASE don't give these dishonest people any of your hard earned money, It you want a new hat of any sort, please just go to your local hat shop and support your local merchants,

I ordered a "Panama" style hat with a sturdy hat box. I waited many weeks and what finally arrived was a rolled up crushed cheap Chinese hat in a plastic bag. Not even the Extra Large that I require. This is a complete rip off. I am demanding my money back and if I do not receive it I will go on a campaign to let everyone know what a phony company this is.

Well, obviously by now this is/was a scam! You got my money and you never had anything to send in the first place.
All I can do now is add my name to the ever growing list of complaints on the internet from other people you have stolen from.

One was supposed to be Wheat colored, the other "granite" (med grey) with cowboy rim curls... I GOT two hats, SAME stock numbers, BOTH look like MUD and are MADE IN CHINA, the pinch crowns are as hard as a HardHat. They've done nothing for cowboy hats since "Kung Fu" in the 1970's, a HUGE RIP-OFF.

I ordered one of these hats. It arrived. It is a cheap piece of crap. Horrid. Not worth more than one dollar.

Received hat in the mail on February 11,2026. Was
not the hat I ordered. Came in a flimsy plastic bag. Needless to say it was squashed and in bad shape. Material used in hat is cheap felt. Not anywhere close to what it looked like in the picture and definitely not worth what they are charging! Lesson learned!!

I ordered a hat on Jan Ist , now it's Feb 10th and Haven't received it yet. I think this is a scam

hat was shipped in a plastic envelop - needless to say , it was crushed so badly it wasn't salvageable . Do not waste your time with these people - not even worth the trouble to repackage and return - I just tossed it

Website shows a Stetson hat, taken DIRECTLY from Stetson's website, but the hat I received was a cheap imitation from China. Bogus company and they should not exist!

These evidently are not top-quality hats. The one I ordered looks like it should, and fits. But it of a very thin material. The hat was shipped in a plastic bag, and of course was squished when I received it. It will be fine for cowboy action shooting, but by no means does it hold a candle to my Stetsons, or Resistols. They said it was on sale, and perhaps it's worth the sale price, but no more than that. It is definitely not a dress hat by any means, and not a top quality hat either

The RockHatter website shows a business address in Colorado Springs, but my hats were shipped from Taiwan. The western hat was not the color or style ordered, and the material was very cheap felt. The crown & brim were machine pressed (very cheap looking). I also ordered a 250yr USA Anniversary Patriot ballcap which came with iron-on decals rather than the stitched embroidery advertised. The hats were shipped in a plastic bag (not a box) and therefore smashed during shipping.

The product, hat, was not as advertised. It did not arrive in a box as stated. A poor quality hat that was not the pictured product arrive in a plastic bag and even the poor quality hat was misshapen.

An awful misrepresentation and essentially arrived damaged.

The quality was worse than dollar store Halloween costume crap. Requested a full refund and still have yet to see it. It was not shipped in a box but a plastic bag all smashed up. Cheap Junk.... Don't fall for it.

Ordered two hats size medium and they sent me size large. I sent a number of e-mails as instructed on their return policy wanting to return the hats in exchange for the correct size. I never got a reply. They have no customer service number to call, just e-mail.The quality of the hats is terrible also. Do not purchase from this company. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Total scam. The hat I received is no where close to the hat that I ordered. I sent an email and will be contacting Paypal to make sure I get a full refund!!!!

It's false advertising to a criminal degree, you do not get what's advertised with no chance of a refund. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible
