I have 3 pairs of Jazzin, which I really like and bought a 4th in the Sale, on receiving them the box was my size but the shoes inside were the wrong size, I contacted Rocketdog and after sending photos to confirm the error, they immediately sent out a replacement with next day delivery and asked me to return the incorrect pair. Excellent customer service from Charlotte. Thank You

I was a fan of Rocket Dog years ago, however the stitching of the shoes I just bought is incredibly poor. The shoe is tearing because of it. Quality control must be a disaster. Rocket Dog sent back an email blaming the retailer, when the poor manufacturing is why the shoe is broken. Emails explaining the situation are below.
My email: Hello, I bought a pair of your Jazzin Hi Plimsoles from Oxendales & Co. in Ireland for 67.50 Euro. I've loved your company for years, so I am shocked that when I got the shoes the stitching on the tongue of both shoes is very crooked and poorly done. One of the tongues' stitching is busted open and the stuffing is hanging out. I haven't worn the shoes yet, they are brand new and just arrived today. The tongues definitely look hand stitched, I can't comprehend why the stitching is so crooked and with broken threads. I do have photos that I will be able to email to you when I get a response to show the poor craftsmanship. I have a disability and earn little money, so this whole situation is incredibly disappointing. Before this, I would've recommended your company to anyone. There seems to have been an oversight in either manufacturing or quality control. Ideally, I would like at least a partial refund for the fact that one tongue is torn (on an unworn shoe) and the other one will probably tear with wear. In any other circumstance, I would've placed the blame on Oxendales if a shoe was torn, but I can clearly see that the reason the shoe is torn is because of the crooked and breaking stitching. You have beautifully designed shoes but with poor manufacturing. It's such a shame. With a response, I'll be able to email you the photos and give you any further information you will need. I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

I'm really surprised to find so many negative reviews of Rocket Dog here. Over the past couple of years, I have bought 4 pairs of Jazzin trainers, 1 Jazzin high top, and 3 pairs of flip flops (all in different designs, not because they've worn out or broken). Although a couple of them I have bought via Amazon. They are comfortable and have fit me exactly size-wise, and have arrived within a few days of ordering. I've not had to contact Customer Service or return anything, so unable to comment on those aspects.

RECEIVED THE SHOES BUT THEY ARE TOO SMALL.NO INVOICE IN THE BOX, NO RETURNS LABEL, NOTHING. THE SHOES WERE NOT IN THE BOX,THERE WAS NO CELLOTAPE ON THE BOX TO KEEP IT CLOSED. I AM NOT ABLE TO PURSUE THE MATTER SO THE SHOES WILL GO TO CHARITY. I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES WHICH PREVENT ME FROM ENDLESS TELEPHONE CALLS,E MAILS ETC.

Have bought a number of items in the past but this time I bought sandals that were far too tight to get your feet in. As they were delivered by EVRI I thought i would be able to return the same way as I have no Yodel accessible. I emailed them 6times!! to ask how to return and did not get 1 reply! Will NEVER use this company again. Worst customer service ever experienced!

I bought a pair of black leather boots ladies and i wa svery disapointed!
They didn't looked alike or as described and i returned them!
I returned them on 22nd of December 2022 and it took nearly 2 months for them to refund me as they said they forgot even thought they received the return long time ago!
They keeped avoiding my emails!
I had to open a dispute and finally after nearly 2 months i got my refund!

I had a pair of Rocket Dog boots that lasted me many, many years - I loved them that much I'd wear them every day; my recent purchase of boots has left me very disappointed and I won't be buying Rocket Dog again. Within months, the fabric on the boots started to peel off - the fabric being either leather or suede, I believe. I'm just glad that they were half price as the purchase would have cost me £140.00 instead of £70.00 for the two pairs.

I've been an avid rocket dog fan for many years, just love the style and they are comfy. but the last 4 pairs of boots I've had have worn holes in the bottoms really quick or come apart. They are not made to last, really thin soles. Will be looking for a new favourite brand I'm afraid.

Even at 50% off, the quality was extremely inferior. There was no foot support whatsoever, and the materials were very cheap.

I've always loved the Sugar Daddy style of boot and had several pairs over the past 15 years. However, this will be my last purchase. The quality of the boot has dramatically deteriorated. In particular the inner sole has little padding and within 2 months, all I can feel is a lumpy, square grid (hard rubber or plastic?), protruding through the sole. Sadly, the high price tag no longer reflects the quality of the boot.

Probably not their fault but Rocket Dog contracted the delivery company and the shoe box has arrived battered, the boots seem fine though. Unfortunately the boots are a gift and I am very disappointed. I cannot leave a review on their website, where I purchased them, as it’s the couriers fault. Disappointed, Happy blooming Christmas

Ordered two pairs of shoes, but were far too tight despite going up a size. Tried to return but nearest return point is a 70 mile round trip. Contacted Rocketdog and basically, that is just tough, pay for your own return. Another crappy company crossed off the list which is a shame as other shoes have been really good.

Terrible company, avoid.

They don't answer their telephone and thier customer service is non existent. Tried to get a change to an address on an order and was told my item had already shipped despite placing the order 10 mins prior.

I bought a pair of rocket dog boots with knitted cuffs I put wore them a couple of times and to my horror the leather started to peel off ..never going to buy them again such a waste of money

I used to love Rocket Dog boots but the soles have dropped off the two pairs I have bought from them (Berry Biker Boots and Chelsea Boots). The Berry Bikers boots have only been worn a few times. I'm afraid I'll not be buying any more boots from them. It's a shame because they are so comfortable to wear.

Would have given this company no stars if I could , bought from them for the first time with a buy one pair get a pair free of flip-flops, and did not get the free pair of flip-flops, complained and they said they would see what they could do and never got back to me, I feel cheated out of a pair of flip-flops, do not recommend them at all, very disappointed. Won't buy from them again.

I work in a hospital and I have to stand on my feet for nearly 7’5 hours a day. I never have shoes more comfortable than the ones from Rocketdog, after this I bought around 6 different pairs and I did not return any! I have wide feet as well, which makes more difficult to find comfy shoes

I agree with the many comments about the decline in quality.
It seems their customer service is following suit.

Second time ordering after they didn’t deliver my first set of shoes. The undelivered shoes went back to shipper, it took WEEKS to get refunded. Looking at a specific pair this go round, only 2 places anywhere sells the sandals. I try rocketdog again because of PayPal payments security. They AGAIN can’t deliver to my address. I even gave them my BUSINESS address. Nope. Not doing this again, in the process of getting a return AGAIN. I’m pissed with this company and they are TERRIBLE at customer service.
