Refinanced and paid off debt with a n equity loan. Originator excellent. Closing was smooth. Only complaint was my payoffs were not correct. I owed money on some debts and received a refund on others. Whoever was responsible for getting the payoff amounts missed the mark.

AJ was very helpful and answered all my questions. The notary was professional and quick. The money was transferred quickly.

When we had questions there was a person to answer.

ID scanning did not work.

Jameela was absolutely great to work with, and gave me options. I loved that she could explain the different ways to get me to where I needed for my projects and it didn't matter what time it was that we needed to talk. I work during the day and ride a motorcycle home. She had time for me no matter what time. She was so patient, professional and understanding. 10/10 for Jameela at Rocket mortgage! She seems like her job is really doing what she loves.

Remote closing is so convenient and the process was very quick since I was able to review the docs days before just in case I had questions.

Had difficulty scanning ID. Thought it was in person when I scheduled closing. The day before I closed found out was on computer in which I have one but hardly use so had to go through all updates and to find out antivirus needed updated along with down loading chrome so was able to do on computer. We figured out though in time for closing while I worked through family emergency.

Excellent communication by Kassandra and staff. Always responsive. The process was efficient and smooth. Easiest closing I have ever had.

Very thorough, took a little longer than anticipated, rather that and be totally complete with everything. Kept me informed, worked well with mortgage team, responded to me almost immediately with answers to my questions. Overall, great experience. Enjoyed working with the whole Rocket team, especially Mia Wheeler and Amber Vazquez, thank you both.

When we met with the notary, the experience felt more transactional than professional. Several documents had to be redone due to errors, which reduced our confidence in the process. When we asked questions, she seemed unsure of some of the answers, and when my wife attempted to make small talk, the responses were brief and not very engaging.
We also asked for guidance regarding a Yes, no, or N/A question on one of the forms, and the response we received was simply that "most people put N/A," which was not particularly helpful. At the conclusion of the appointment, we were handed a stack of documents without any folder or envelope for organization. As she scanned the documents with her back turned to us, she repeatedly apologized, which further reinforced the impression that the appointment had not gone smoothly

From the initial phone call to the online closing, my experience with Rocket Mortgage was 5-star. All my questions answered and kept up-to-date on the process whether by email, text or phone call. I had time to review all documents and best of all, getting back on track with my finances. Thank you!

Quick, easy and straightforward. The whole process took 20 min. A good portion of the paperwork was available online at 7 a.m. the morning of the closing and allowed us to sign most of the paperwork in advance. The lady was ontime and polite and professional.

Working with Alex was Amazing
Working with the paperwork people not so much. Had to keep repeating documents until perfect. But they also have a job to do. All in all, definitely will recommend and repeat user in the future if needed.
