Other closing we have the buyer and seller ALTA and we only got the 1 side. Numbers were not typed in right and there was some mess up along the way. It was an alright experience. The people we were dealing with originally wasn't there to close.

Stayed in touch. Easy to actually talk to a real person when a question arose. Closing was on time and no delays in funding.

All went relatively well, other than scheduling the closing. Was told one thing, then get a call saying it wouldn’t work, to find out it would, but would have to reschedule with someone else. Is what it is I guess, but made it a GIANT pain in the ass.

Ian was amazing along with Allie, Shannon, Jim, and most definitely, Jeni. Really awesome experience for first home purchase.

You helped us when our credit was score was low and in a few months when our score goes up then we will refinance to a lower rate.

Everything was just so simple and was made with as less stress as possible. As a first time homebuyer, I must say I had knots in my stomach the day of the closing, but they quickly went away after the closing was finished. I will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends and family.

The process took to long. After signing my house over to the new owners. I was told later that day. That there was a problem with the amount money I was getting. There was a shortage. It took 6 days to straighten it all out. If it wasn’t for, Eric Seymour, I don’t think I would still have my money today. not to mention Maurita Somerville quit returning my calls. So in my eyes, this was not a good experience at all.

Very good service I worked with a very good team they got things done in a very timely manner and everyone were very professional.

They handled everything for refinancing, even had the notary come to me in my tiny town hours away from any big city.

Super easy and convenient.

Turnaround was quick - only 2 weeks start to finish. I received my money from the close later that day!
