As the seller of my home

As the seller of my home, the experience was not good. It took almost 4 months to close. Communication was terrible all the way until the end when it got to working with the closing team, they were very helpful and the only reason that I continued with the process and did not terminate the buyers contract

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with Rocket....after being a customer for more than 20 years and having multiple mortgages/loans with Rocket, the process of this HEL took more than 35 days to complete! Our friends went with UWM and their HEL was closed in 10 days!! never again.....
