Оплата прошла (пол года назад) ничего так и не пришло! Обратной связи нет. При попытке отправить письмо на sales ошибка доставки (как и на support). Развод от лепших рассейских партнеров

Order some parts in Nov 2021, as per today (Feb 2022) still haven't heard back from them.
I sent a few emails with no answers so far.
Most likely a scam as other peoples seems to have experienced the same problem since mid-2021

total scam - spent 200usd - never got tracking number nor parcel after several months - no any answer

I placed an order at the beginning of november, and still did not receive the goods. They did not provide any tracking number. I sent them emails requesting assistance, they never got back to me.
I spent 90$, at this point I believe i lost this money.
Scammers

I have ordered several items from robotdyn, more than a month ago. The company seems to be still operating. They surely took my money. My account says that they fulfilled the order. In my account, under shipping it shows a pseudo tracking number and the web address of the tracking company. When I check on the status of the shipment it say: from china to America but it has been that way for weeks. I have attempted to contact the company with no success. I have tried MANY times to email them through their website, Facebook and Amazon. Nobody answers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company..it is a scam

I ordered package with items worth about $88 and for additional price express delivery service (9 - 15 days ). Well package arrived after 38 days and to my suprise items for about $60 were missing. They absolutely ignoring communication so I guess I'll never get my items or money back ... Well, never again I'am gonna buy anything from them.

If anyone will start bulk sue against them I will gladly participate.

We have ordered RFID units online on the 4th April 2021, paid for it online and paid extra for express courier. We recieved a 4PX tracking number on the 27th April 2021 and nothing thereafter. The alleged parcel was never handed over to FEDEX. On this day, 17th May 2021, the tracking information only shows that the parcel was received. We have made several attempts to contact 4PX and Robotdyn but there is just no response from emails or phone calls. It appears that both companies (4PX and Robotdyn) are no longer active.

Ordered an item on the website; I had already succesfully ordered something years ago, so I wasn't suspicious.
After a few days, ther order was stil in "processing" status. Tried to contact the company, all addresses are non existing, the "chat" mentioned in the contact section of the site also does not exist.
WHOIS data for the site are mostly hidden but there is a hint of a russian ownership, which has nothing to do with a Hong-Kong based company. Stay clear of this site and report it where possible.

Heb in juni 2020 bij ROBOTDYN een serie Arduino's bestelt en betaalt. Deze zijn tot op heden niet geleverd en op mails dat de bestelling (nog) niet is gearriveerd word niet gereageerd.

Ordered and paid for a series of Arduinos at ROBOTDYN in June 2020. These have not been delivered to date and emails that the order has not arrived are not responded.

Bestilte 20 stk. PCB board d. 13/9-2018 og de landede d. 4/10-2018...og de var helt perfekte! Jeg er normalt svær at gøre tilfreds, men RobotDyn har virkelig gjort det godt. Jeg sendte dem mit design (gerber files), de vendte hurtigt tilbage med en lille design rettelse uden beregning.
