I am posting this review based on my real WhatsApp conversation with Robodo support.
From Feb 16, 2026, my order was pending. On Feb 24, tracking showed:
Pickup registered
Pickup employee out for pickup
Out for pickup
But the shipment was never actually picked up.
When I followed up, I clearly told them:
“I’ve been waiting for a proper response, and the delay is completely unacceptable. Taking this long to reply is highly unprofessional and honestly makes it look like a scam.”
They replied:
“Sir, it was not picked up by the courier, we will send it by air today.”
Even after that promise, the tracking remained stuck. No proper update. No proof of dispatch.
On Feb 25, I repeatedly asked:
Is it genuinely dispatching or not?
If not shipped today, refund and close the order.
Why does this website even exist if you cannot respond properly?
Instead of giving a clear update, they kept repeating messages and even copied my own message back to me.
Finally they said:
“Your order dispatched yesterday by Air.”
But still no proper tracking confirmation or movement update.
