I had the impression that Quartz Components ensured good quality package. But my illusion was shattered when one of the item in my order was damaged. Upon contacting them they said unboxing video is mandatory. As this was not my first order, I did not make any unboxing as I had full confidence in them. It turns out they are just like any local seller with no proper grievances redressal mechanism. Order with caution and at your risk

Im rating it very good as, i have ordered from this like almost 5 times, all time quality was good, only thing to keep. In mind is that if you're buying lion batteries then it also selly copy or replica that doesn't guarantee the mah it says, well its written in description as warning that its copy, refund is ok ok

I purchased a 14500 battery from quartzcomponents.com, it arrived dead on arrival, it had 0 charge in it. I tried to use it in my Saragama mini device. Its charging LED started to blink after few minutes after charging (Stable LED) means it is unable to charge this battery. On disconnecting charging, Saregama would just turn on and immediately turn off. Same was tried multiple times with same result. Same problem had occurred on WS-887 speaker also where battery was to be replaced. Contacted support and after many follow-ups/ calls they started playing games blaming device compatibility itself. In planned manner, they first delayed support for many days then refused return. Their response always was not supportive on this issue it shows their mal intentions.

I bought many electronic components from this website which reached on time and in good condition but I had to return one product DC to AC converter which was not working properly, I was told by there customer representative to share a video regarding the problem which I did on email as well as whatsapp and was informed that the "TECHNICAL TEAM" will analyse the video and accordingly they will communicate but it was only I who would call them and they will say "SHAM TAK CALL KARENGE" so in short they CHEAT if you have to return any product. My suggestion as far as customer service is concerned avoid this website.

I ordered around 30 items from this website, and received only 23. on the bill also these items are unchecked, that suggested error is from there side. I instantly reported the error to them, no response from them. I complained 4-5 times no help. Worst website, consider other websites like Robu.

UPDATE:
Today, I received my package with the remaining parts. This is not the result of this review; instead, in the last conversation with them (before this review), they agreed to ship the remaining items the same day. However, I didn't receive any tracking ID, and the package arrived out of the blue for me. Nevertheless, I am happy that they took responsibility of the error.

I had ordered a few expensive cells of which 2 were damaged. Their casing had torn due to bad packaging of the nickel strips which had been just been thrown into the back and might have cut it as it was sharp. There were also burn marks in the box implying that the cells had shorted while shipping. Also the shipping which was supposed to be 3-5 day had arrived to me after 9 days. When I contacted the support team for the cells they just told me to put a piece of tape on the cells and after some back and forth offered me a refund of a measly 20rs. Disgusting site, terrible experience horrible support 😭 🤢 🤮 😔

If you ordered something and it was recieved damaged, Good luck getting a refund. The customer service is pathetic and will blame the problem on you. I had to file a case in the consumer forum then only they took back the product. Avoid the website if you care about your money and time

This website is really good for all the electronic makers, hobbyist and Community. You can find various amount of products listed on their website with affordable pricing. They also have a good documentation and specification for each product you purchase. They also provide you "BULK ORDER ENQUIRY" if your purchase amount is more that 10K.

BUT make sure about what you are purchasing because, if you purchase and after clearing the online payment you will not be able to modify or cancel your order. Then you have to make a request for 'Cancel or Modify' your order by WhatsApp/Email/Call.

I will recommend you not to WhatsApp or Email them, as they have a poor after sale service and response time is very long. Directly Call them for any assistance or help. The WhatsApp Support is fully automated and it will provide you the status of your order, but if you are trying to contact them through WhatsApp there is a less change that you will get a response.

Quartz Components is a good site for buying online electronic components at cheap prices. I am an electronics maker and a regular buyer from this website. All products are good and I never had any complaints regarding their products and their customer support.
