We had our windows fitted in July. Since then the gasket (seal)keeps coming loose. We have rang and the company have sent a surveyor round then someone to fix it. The surveyor said the window needed to be lifted a mm but the person who was repairing just fitted a new gasket. The problem happened again - gasket coming loose. Another surveyor came out and another repair man - same thing happened. We complained again. At this point, my husband was told that the issue must be due to misuse and it was suggested we watch a tutorial on how to operate a bi-fold door. Unbelievable!
After a further complaint, another surveyor came out. I said I thought the door was fitted upside down. The surveyor agreed that this was actually the case. We then chives an email from Josh apologising but stating that we should remove reviews then the issue would be fixed. I refused until the issue had been fixed.
We were assured that the window would be refitted before 1.30pm today as we have tickets for a family event. We were assured that the fitters would be here first thing. The fitters arrived at 11am and told us it couldn’t be done by 1.30 as they hadn’t been given the address until 10am by the company.
In summary, if you want a door fitted upside down, want to be patronised, want to be argued with and insulted, this is the company for you. If not, avoid, avoid, avoid. We have had an absolute nightmare.

I have had 2 new doors, a French Door and 7 windows just replaced. The house is a old cottage conversion and the French doors replaced the original patio doors. The old doors and windows were probably about 25 years old or so and were in terrible condition. The new ones are much, much better. They give the house a whole new feel.

It took just under 2 days to fit the windows and French doors. All the old material was taken away and they tidied up afterwards.

I recommend the company, their products and the workmen.

I had some windows fitted by Dave in 2018 they did a great job. I called bespoke on 01204 401175 towards the end March and arranged a time with a chap who claimed he was an installation manager. He spoke very arrogantly. He said he will arrange a sales man to come around to leave me a price for a new front door. I was told that somebody will be coming out today. It has been 3 weeks nobody has bothered to even answer the phone. Dave has told me that he has sold bespoke so this explains a lot. He has advised for a fitter to come and leave me a price. It’s a shame looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Had 4 windows installed early April 2021 and the guys were very professional and courteous throughout the 9 hours they worked installing the tilt and turn windows, before tidying everything away.
We are in a 14 year old 3 storey townhouse built by Persimmon Homes and in recent years we have had to replace 75% of the original windows which have warped and let in the cold winds. Our new windows are of much better quality and fitting.

The installation team arrived on time. Were extremely professional and most helpful. Our windows and door were installed quite quickly and the team cleared all waste and swept up any dust. The front door looks beautiful. Very pleased with the service. Definitely recommend these guys

Beautiful service from start to finish. After the first quote, we were kept informed about the date of the survey, how the order was progressing and then the date of fitting the windows and doors. Payment was made in stages so that there wasn't a large amount in one go. The fitters were polite, friendly and professional and explained the workings of the door locking procedures. Thank you Riverdale Windows for supplying such beautiful windows and doors for our house. The process was seamless from planning, designing, installing to aftercare. Incredible service beginning to end and extremely helpful and thorough throughout. Riverdale Windows did everything to accommodate our wishes.
