The product is exactly what I needed. I had contacted customer service asking about tracking of my package and they answered quickly with clear information which I really appreciated.

Great products! I have been very pleased with the yarn I have received. Because this is an overseas vendor to me, I am always impressed with how fast my orders are delivered.

U.S. customers, avoid this company!! Shipment was in customs for a week, then I got a notice saying delivery was not possible. I have not received the yarn I paid for.
Update 1/6/26: the yarn did finally arrive, a week after the notice that delivery wasn’t possible (so 2 weeks after it arrived in customs). I’m glad to have the yarn, and can’t fault this company for the US’s customs/tariff policies, but there was no communication from the company and I still won’t order from them again.

Revived a survey to rate products - yet I’m yet to receive the products. The tracking has minimal details so no idea where my order even is.

The traking was easy to do. The yarn arrive in a good condition. No errer.

Good communication and item arrived in good time. Some confusion when alerted the item was discontinued when it was just out of stock. Glad it came back on stock and was shipped promptly. Thanks

This shipping to Canada was so affordable, which is impossible to find these days. The yarn was also super affordable and I’m super happy with it. This site will absolutely be my go to for all my yarn purchases in the future. Couldn’t recommend more.

Love the products, kind and responsive customer service! Only constructive feedback is to work on providing more a accurate timeline for expected shipping time. The bottom of the site says 3-4 working days. I knew it would be longer due to the holidays and international shipping (USA). Delivery was over 2 weeks later. Again, no complaints about the actual shipping time only suggestion is that it would be helpful to provide information on shipping time/expected delivery based on general location. Lastly, I wasn't notified that the courier service provider changed once in the US so my package tracking had stopped getting updates and made it appear to be lost. Customer service was very helpful and provided me the new tracking number. Will be purchasing from Rito again but just some suggestions to improve operations for international shipping :).

I appreciate the quick international delivery—also, the adorable pictures of your staff packing orders.

Yarn was cheap and good quality but shipping took 16 days, and tracking didn't really work, but overall I am happy and will buy again.

I M so pleased with my order. Great quality yarn! The order arrived in a timely manner, all items were as described and all purchased at a great price point. I will be a repeat customer for certain.

At first I wasn't sure as the prices looked too good to be true. But this is now my 3rd order and everything is great. Easy tracking with PostNord, easy pickup here with Canada Post. Super fast shipping and shipping costs are actually lower than ordering from a yarn store in Canada. Will be a customer for a long time to come.

Improvement might be : WARNING US orders about the US Custom’s challenge releasing… a small package of yarn.

I was not told until after I purchased my product that there would be a delay in shipping them. It's been more than 2 weeks now and there's been no communication about when the shipment will arrive.

Updated on 18 January. After I wrote the above review, someone reached out to me to re-send my order. Everyone at Rito was really nice about it and they eventually did send the yarn. It just ended up taking more like 4 weeks than 4 days, and I have my yarn now. So, if you don't mind it taking a few weeks to get your yarn, I would recommend Rito!

It took a while to get through customs into the U.S., but the overall shopping, shipping, and yarn experience was good! :)

I just love this company so much!!! The yarn is lovely and the prices are fantastic and that is what keeps me coming back!!! I don't even buy yarn in my own country anymore! This is so much better!!! They have everything I need! I will be a repeat offender here at this yarn shop!!!
