I came across this adjustable incline/decline bench on an instagram reel. I have to admit at first I was skeptical. The bench was very reasonably priced and appeared very sturdy. Once I promptly received it, I was pleasantly surprised. It is extremely sturdy, but easy to move and lightweight. I would strongly recommend this product.

I got the smith machine from Ritkeep, the quality is good. The machine by itself is pretty much like a full gym. It is good choice for home gym if you do not have too much space for lots of equipments

The max 5600 was really easy to put together. It does take 6 hrs by yourself but the directions were great. It is also a very sturdy home gym. My wife and I been using it for a month and a half and have zero complaints.

Bestellung 20.1, Bestätigung und Hinweis auf baldigen Versand 25.1., Abbuchung Paypal 30.1., 4.2., Nachfrage Lieferzeit, 5.2. Antwort circa 4-6 Wochen, Lieferung am 17.3, Aufbau problemlos, jedoch eine Schweißnaht defekt und Fußpressenplatte krumm und schief und nicht nutzbar, mehrere Antworten von Ritkeep man kann so etwas mit einem Gummihammer richten (geht eindeutig nicht), es wurden gelieferte Fotos scheinbar nicht beachtet, dann Zusage dass Ersatz kommt, 9 Wochen später Ankunft Ersatzteile, Fußplatte okay, zweites Teil komplett zerkratzt und andere Optik (Vorgängermodell?) als vorhandes Teil, ärgerlich, in Augenhöhe habe ich jetzt am Gerät rechts und links unterschiedliche Seitenteile.
Zur Reklamation habe ich noch angesprochen, daß auf der Homepage gepolsterte Armauflagen abgebildet sind und diese bei mir fehlen, Antwort: Das Teil verkaufen wir schon lange so. Jedenfallswurden danach die Fotos der Homepage geändert.
Ich habe eine Hantelbank RAB3000 dazu gekauft und werde diese nicht nutzen, das Gestell ist sehr solide, das montierte Polster ist jedoch so ungünstig ohne Querlaschen verschraubt, dass es bei Belastung am Seitenrand verbiegt und es Splittergeräusche gibt.
Schade, die Multipresse ist toll, Verpackung und Versand gut und die Montage einfach. Der "Service" macht das meiste davon leider zunichte.

The whole process was seamless. The bench is exactly as described, love the bright pink color and the bench itself is solid and good support.

Great equipment, easy to install, love to just come home from work and not worry about going to the gym..do all my workouts without the wait..

Still waiting on our confirmation for our machine that was ordered 2 weeks ago. These reviews are really worrying and wondering if we should cancel. Horrible customer service. Should have definitely went with RitFit.

We bought this February 23rd and it arrived March 13th. I didn’t receive tracking info till a few days before it was delivered which was kind of frustrating. But other than that I’m honestly really impressed with this PMAX 5600 gym setup. The machine feels sturdy, heavy-duty, and well built once assembled. It’s perfect for getting a full-body workout at home without needing multiple separate machines. I love that it includes the Smith machine, cable system, pull-up bar, and weight storage all in one compact setup. The pulley system feels smooth, the bench is comfortable, and the overall design looks sleek and professional in a home gym. It gives you a lot of exercise options for strength training, whether you’re focusing on upper body, lower body, or full-body workouts. Assembly does take some time, but the end result is absolutely worth it. Once everything is together, it feels secure and gym-quality. Great value for anyone wanting to build a serious home gym setup without paying for a gym membership.

It has been 3 weeks and still no delivery update, contact number doesn’t work and they said it was going to be shipped today but surprise surprise, it still hasn’t at 6pm. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you have no interest in receiving the products within a reasonable timeframe.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for a smith machine and bench over 1 month ago. Immediately charges were put on my credit card. I never received any tracking information and so far have twice reached out to the company via email only because you can never get anybody on the phone. The first time I reached out to them, they told us it would be shipping out the following week and they would supply us with tracking information at that time. It’s now been 2 weeks past that and we still do not have a shipment nor any shipment information. I have reached out and asked them to cancel my order twice so far and they have now ghosted us and have not answered back. I am now going to have to fight with my credit card company to have the charges removed.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

UPDATE: They have now supposedly cancelled my order and refunded the credit card. I just checked my credit statement. They actually charged the full amount AGAIN TO MY CARD INSTEAD OF REFUNDING!!! I now how to try to fight both charges!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

This is a great piece of equipment for the value. I bought the M10 destroyer. It does everything I need. I highly recommend buying it.

I placed my order the 2nd week of April, after confirming shipping estimates with customer support, as it was intended as a birthday present that I needed by May 7th. I was informed that shipping would take 3-5 days. It has now been over four weeks, and my inquiries regarding the status of my order have gone unanswered since their initial response, where I was told it would ship that week. That was over two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have already missed the birthday. None of their listed phone numbers appear to be functional. Given the numerous options available for home gym equipment, I would consider other retailers.

Getting a response from customer service takes over a week at a time, if you get one at all. If you’re having inventory or fulfillment issues, be upfront about it. Put it on your front page. Send a mass email to recent customers explaining the delays and what’s being done to fix them instead of leaving people wondering if they’ve been scammed.

Customers are a lot more understanding when companies communicate honestly. Silence and lies only make the situation look worse.

Don’t know if the equipment is good because I have not recieved it. I ordered six weeks ago.

Same as all the other 1 stars, Bought a machine 3/8/2026, No tracking, no customer service, no ETA, just crickets. Reached out via email and phone, nothing.

Even if this turns out legit, buy elsewhere, Id rather spend a little more to get the equipment when i need it VS waiting on a backlog for months.

The price is what brought me to ritkeep, but the easy of installation, the quality of the machine, and versatility is what has me recommending it to everyone. This functional trainer is a full home gym in itself. But still compact. The only issue I have at all is I need a little more weight on the stacks for certain exercises but overall highly recommend this machine.

I ordered a simple squat cage and an extra set of j-hooks. I promptly received the squat cage, but not the extra j-hooks.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought the hooks would arrive in a different box, or maybe it a supply issue with a different sub provider for the hooks, but more than two weeks went by with no product and no explanation.

when I inquired about the delay, they came up with a bullshit reason why they'd have to determine internally whether anything was missing from the order. I gave them the shipping label which specified that they only sent ONE item, and both the shipping weight and box dimensions were included on the shipping label. There's nothing else they could legitimately need to figure out that they screwed up.

They have my money for the J-hooks, but I don't have what I paid for...and they're not being particularly proactive in solving my problem, and they're not acknowledging the issue. I note, with interest, that I'm not the only person who's had trouble getting the J-hooks that they purchased from them. Buyer be ware. You might not get what you pay for with this bunch.

Horrible customer service. I would not do business with this firm again.

EDIT: I was contacted by Ritkeeps Customer Service today 4/21/2026. They acknowledged their mistake, and offered to either send the item, or issue a refund but only IF I'd retract the complaint I sent to Paypal. I reiterated that I'd paid them in good faith, and I expected to either receive the item, or the refund, and that I wasn't lifting the complaint until I had one or the other. I again got another excuse and some sort of bullshit about their internal guidelines.

I had to remind them that they were not the aggrieved party, since they had MY money, but hadn't fulfilled the order nor issued the refund through Paypal that I requested and were instead trying to negotiate a third way.

When you take someone's money, you either provide the good or service OR, if you're unable to do that, you issue a refund.

Horrible Customer Service. Absolutely will not do business with them again.

If you plan on spending $2,000 on a gym and then have them ghost you, worst customer service and keep lying to you on when u will receive ur order than buy with them. I would expect atleast customer service but they do not have one. Everything is via an email and when they do respond its a generic hello were sorry we are delayed.

Unbelievably fast FREE shipping on a weight bench that weighs 60 plus lbs is phenomenal.

I recently added the Ritkeep M10 power rack to my home gym and it’s been a great setup so far. Assembly was pretty straightforward and everything lined up well.

What I like most is having everything in one spot. I usually only have about 30–40 minutes in the morning to get a workout in before work, and this rack makes that easy. I can go from squats to bench to cable work without bouncing around or wasting time.

The rack feels solid and stable, and the cable system has been smooth and useful for accessory work. For the price, it’s a really good value if you’re trying to build an efficient home gym.

Most of these 5 star reviews are fake. I left a review on their website and it still has not been posted.

Ordered 3/18, arrived 4/6 which wouldn’t have been a huge problem, had it not been advertised with 3-5 day shipping. Delays happen but at no point during the ordering process was the item marked as backordered or limited stock. We found out about the issue on our own only after the fact.

We were offered a “complimentary upgrade” from the 2025 to the 2026 version except we had already ordered the 2026 version. They clearly hadn’t reviewed our order before responding to our inquiries, which was a little worrisome.

They then offered us three options for a complimentary add-on as compensation. I selected one, only to later find out they shipped something else entirely. When I called it out, they admitted my choice was out of stock. So why was it offered? No good answer, just a promise to send it later. As of today 4/13, we still have not heard anything from them.

When the order arrived there was mildew and rust on the weights. Nearly every part was unlabeled, so assembly was a complete guessing game. The 2026 version claims scratch and tear resistance with 6H hardness, but parts came out of the box already scratched and indented.

Between the communication failures, the fulfillment errors, the product condition, and the false marketing claims, I can’t 100% recommend Ritkeep. I hope they address these issues seriously, because right now the experience doesn’t match the promises.
