The Ritkeep bench is built great. Simple to setup and strong. I have already done so many work outs using the bench and have more workouts to try. I already have results since the purchase, in which helps motivate me. I am still getting on a three day schedule. Thank you!

Love my new RitKeep equipment! I used it several times a week and work it hard. I love every bit of the functionality it has, how versatile it is, and how I can do most every exercise I want to do with it! It’s sturdier than I expected, looks beautiful, and works great!

Delivery was smooth and prompt. Exactly what was promised, accurate on time and day with the pre arrival phone call. Package were wrapped and on a pallet and placed where I requested. Assembly was super easy and both the paper instructions and video instructions easy to follow. The equipment works great and very sturdy. The quality is A1 for me. Definitely recommend

The customer service team was very great with all my questions and assistance. The product is great, delivery was excellent and I would highly recommend it. It’s the perfect home gym.

Truly disappointing customer service. Shipping times absolutely not in line with what was stated. I ordered a gym on July 10th, including shipping and insurance costs amounting to more than 150 euros, and still, after three weeks and three requests for information, no tracking info. We're beyond the 10-15 days stated on the website as the delivery time. The website specifies that "delivery times may be affected by special circumstances such as natural disasters, government measures, or social disruptions." I was not informed of any of this. I am usually reluctant to write negative reviews because I know how damaging it can be for a company, but I can't stand not being told the real reason for this interminable delay, for a gym that costs more than 1300 euros. I am willing to revise this review if I receive real tracking. Otherwise, I encourage customers to purchase supplies elsewhere to support the development of their dream body. Because for those like me who train with commitment and dedication, time is fundamental and should not be wasted waiting.

First of all ... pricing was hands down the best you'll find anywhere. I've seen many companies selling the exact same models for twice the price. Shipment was complete without any missing components. Everything was professionally packaged and with two people, we got the PMax 5600 and A10 put together in one weekend. It's SOLID ... very heavy and sturdy gym grade equipment and flows smoothly. I highly recommend Ritkeep for a badass home gym. I wish I could attach photos to this review because it's so awesome to see it all set up.

Even though the logistics was a bit tricky, the team from RitKeep has been wonderful and on top of making sure everything was sent that was needed. The Anvil S1 has been a great piece of equipment that serves all of my lifting needs with room to upgrade pieces as needed as well!

I’m very satisfied with the M10 product! It was very easy to assemble and it’s great to use for my workouts!

We received our Smith machine. It went together great. It looks awesome. And it works great for a home gym. It even looks awesome. Like something that you would see in the gym once it’s all set up. My husband and son are very happy with it. They can work everybody part no problem with this machine.

I cannot recommend RitKeep based on my experience. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I've had with a major purchase.

I placed my order with the expectation that the product was in stock and would ship within the timeframe advertised 5-7 days. Instead, weeks went by with little to no meaningful communication. Every time I reached out, I received a different explanation, and none of them matched what I had been told previously.

About two weeks after placing my order, I was told the delay was because my shipment was being held in customs. I accepted that explanation and continued to wait patiently. Then, roughly four weeks later, I was told that a typhoon was responsible for the delay. If the shipment was already supposedly tied up in customs weeks earlier, how does a typhoon suddenly become the reason it still hasn't shipped? The explanations simply did not add up, and it left me feeling like I was being given whatever answer sounded convenient at the time.

What was even more frustrating was the constant cycle of missed commitments. I was repeatedly told things like, "It will ship this week," or "You'll receive tracking shortly." Those deadlines came and went with no shipment, no tracking information, and no proactive communication. Each time I had to be the one reaching out for an update.

When I did email customer service, it felt like they weren't actually reading my messages. They would respond to one small part of my email while completely ignoring the rest of my questions and concerns. I found myself asking the same questions over and over because they were never fully addressed. It became obvious that I wasn't receiving thoughtful or complete responses.

After waiting for weeks beyond what was represented, I lost confidence in the company entirely. I requested cancellation because I no longer trusted that I would receive what I ordered in a reasonable timeframe or that the company would stand behind the product if I ever needed support.

The most concerning part is this, I never even received the equipment, yet getting accurate information was nearly impossible. If communication is this difficult before the sale is completed, it makes me wonder what would happen if I actually owned the machine and needed warranty service, replacement parts, or technical support. A home gym is a long-term investment, and warranty support matters just as much as the equipment itself. Based on my experience, I would have very little confidence that future issues would be handled promptly or honestly.

I understand that shipping delays can happen. Weather happens. Customs happen. Those things are not what earned this review. What earned the one star was the lack of transparency, inconsistent explanations, repeated broken promises, poor communication, and failure to address customer concerns in a meaningful way.

My advice to anyone considering buying from RitKeep is simple: be prepared for the possibility of significant delays, inconsistent information, and customer service that may leave you chasing answers instead of receiving them. Before spending thousands of dollars on fitness equipment, ask yourself if you're comfortable relying on this level of communication should you ever need warranty service or replacement parts.

After weeks of delays and broken promises, I finally reached the point where I no longer had confidence in RitKeep and requested that my order be canceled. Even after I submitted my cancellation request, I was informed the following day that the order was still being scheduled for shipment. I had to clearly and repeatedly emphasize that I did not want the order anymore and that I expected my cancellation request to be honored.

Rather than simply processing the cancellation, RitKeep called me in an attempt to persuade me to keep the order. While I understand a company wanting to retain a customer, by that point my trust had already been lost. It took a firm and repeated insistence on my part before my cancellation request was finally processed. The fact that canceling the order required that much effort after everything that had already happened only added to my frustration.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend RitKeep based on my experience.

The M10 Destroyer Power Rack was very easy to set up, took about 4 hours. Used it after I finished and it's very smooth. Similar to a commercial Power Rack at Gold's. Fast delivery and easy communication. I wanted to add a photo of the assembled product but this site wouldn't allow me to.

Great product, directions were easy to follow. Did have a part missing and they are sending it. Can’t wait to start working out on it. Built very well.

Leider ist die Qualität des Gerätes welches ich erworben habe PMAX 4750 nicht gut. Das Blech ist dünn und verbiegt sich beim Zusammenschrauben, das Smith-System läuft nicht flüssig, genauso wie die Seilzüge. Die mitgelieferten Griffe haben sich bei Belastung verbogen. Manche Teile waren falsch geschweißt, sodass diese gar nicht gepasst haben.

Man könnte argumentieren „Hey, was erwartest du für 1200€?“ - aber ehrlicherweise nicht sowas. Keine Studioqualität, aber auch keine minderwertige Qualität, die vielleicht 1 Jahr halten wird und bei der ich immer Angst habe, dass ich mir Verletzungen zufüge.

Ich kann das Gerät nicht empfehlen und würde es auch nicht wieder kaufen.

Customer Service is great and very responsive. Machine looks and performs great. My entire family is able to work-out with ease and comfort.

The delivery experience was unexpected due to the equipment traveling across country, and a delay due to one piece of equipment being shipped to a different warehouse than the other equipment. With that being said, the RITKEEP customer support team was outstanding in helping me with the shipping dilemma and making sure I received the equipment as quickly as possible.

The assembly process took me about two days and that's because I took my time and had other errands to take care of. The assembly directions are pretty straightforward and I assembled everything by myself. I do suggest using a ratchet and socket set if you want to get it assembled quickly.

The quality of the equipment is excellent so far, especially for the price. I searched around online and compared other companies before the purchase, and I am very happy that I chose RITKEEP.

Impressed with the quality of the power rack. Understandably there are a few plastic pieces that I feel should’ve been steel or a stronger material but for the price point, I completely understand.

Assembly instructions weren’t the easiest to follow, but overall applying some common sense and it got assembled with 2 people rather quickly.

Packaging and shipping were solid and everything arrived on time as prescribed.

If you are in Australia buy it if:
1- don’t mind waiting 4 months to receive your order. When we bought it March and the website stated that the delivery was in 2 weeks, we didn’t received the machine until end of May and it was not complete. They sent the Olympic bar but no plates. When I asked about it they said they were out of stock and took them another month to send them, but part of my order was still missing and unless I contacted them every week, they would not send me any update. Every time I contacted they would say that they would send the items in 2 weeks, but it was much longer. We finally received every thing we paid for in July.
2- don’t mind paying A$170 of bank fees that is not disclosed when you pay for it. It is an Australian website and the charges appeared in Australian dollars but for my surprise a few days later I got charged this fee that according to ritkeep it has not to do with them. I do understand that banks charge fees, I just would like to be notified that they charged the amount outside Australia. It would give me the option to budget for it and even use another card to avoid the charge. Nowhere on the website mentions that the amount is charges in another currency. I would expect to pay a fee if I bought from an international website.
They offered me a couple of item as compensation, but guess what, they never arrived. When I asked them about the compensation they simply stopped replying the messages. When they offered it they tried to coerce me to give them a good review, so I should’ve expected not to receive the compensation.
The machine itself seems to be good, we haven’t been using it for a long time as we basically just got all the parts we ordered, but customer service couldn’t be worse.
