Cancelled despite items showing in stock and confirmed that it was in stock via, then stopped responding.

False advertisment, the product received is nowhere near what was indicated on the product page.

Dont trust! I bought the hernandez sofa and it looks like drop shipping. Worst experience and they refuse to refund me.

We've ordered several pieces of furniture this past year, and the salesperson made the process so easy. The delivery team was on time and professional too. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the whole experience!

The dining table and chairs I ordered from Rit Concept are stunning - minimalistic, sturdy, and super comfortable. I've received so many compliments from guests already!

Terrible experience. It’s a scam website. I ordered a sofa that looks nothing like the photo on the site and they deny it. Never order from this site.

First, they are charging you money for quick delivery (2 days), and as soon as you've paid they say that unfoetunately, it will take 4 weeks.
Then, the product that is delivered has nothing to see with what was ordered !! You order a nice sofa for more than £1000, ans you receive a crampe one made in China and probably bought on Temu for £75 !!! And when you want to return it, they are making it as difficult as possible.

Absolute liars and crooks.

They delivered a broken item and refused to provide a full refund.

I went through my credit card company to get the money back. Rit reacted to this by sending an email from their fake legal department threatening to take me to court for their costs of me going through my credit card company. Seriously, they are idiots with no concept of the law.

In the email they demand my address so they can send me a legal letter - clearly an attempt to scare me as they have my address, having delivered and collected a broken item.

I would be happy for them to take me to the court - they would get a good slap from the judge.

The sofa we received was nothing like the one shown in their warehouse. The material was okay, but there was no padding at all — it literally feels like sitting on wood. One leg arrived broken, yet after their so-called “inspection” they claimed there was nothing wrong with it, even though we sent clear photo evidence.

Customer service was rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility and keeping the delivery fee by calling it an “unwanted item.” Dishonest company, poor quality, and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Now they are trying to remove this review by asking for more details without providing any questions? Stay away from this company!

I ordered a rug on 19/10/25, site and email confirmation advised delivery 5-7 days. I received an email on 20/10/25 confirming the rug was out of stock and would be delivered within 8-9 weeks, I agreed to wait. I have received a further email today confirming 'The Technological Team just updated that there was an error in the pricing of the rug. The correct price is £459'. The price advertised on the website was £249!! I have confirmed that I want the order cancelled, I have been advised that the payment will be refunded in 3-5 working days. Needless to say I won't be using this site again.

No stock availability on website - they say it’s ready to ship within 10 days - then you get an email saying actually for this item it’s many more weeks.

I try to cancel and it’s taking ages to get my money back. Bad communication as well. Having to continually chase for money back.

I ordered this mirror expecting high quality given the ridiculous price, but what I received was a total disappointment. The mirror arrived already cracked, with flimsy backing and cheap construction. For something advertised as “premium,” it honestly felt like something you’d find in a bargain store.

When I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me it was my problem and refused to offer any refund or replacement. For such an expensive purchase, the lack of care and support is unacceptable.

Save your money—this mirror is overpriced junk and the company clearly doesn’t stand behind its products.

I was a little nervous about buying furniture online, but the cabinet I got from Rit Concept is great. The quality is solid, and it looks even better in person than in the photos.

This is my second purchase, and I'm just as pleased. The sofa I bought months ago has held up beautifully, and the new dining table has the same great quality and design.

I’m really disappointed with this table from Rit Concept. When it arrived, one of the legs was badly dented and scratched, and the finish was already peeling at the corners. It wobbles badly — as soon as you put anything with weight on it, it becomes unstable and feels like it might collapse. The joints are loose and poorly constructed, and even a light tap makes it creak and shift. Overall the materials feel cheap and flimsy.

Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to report the damage, and I’m currently waiting for a replacement (if ever). I would never trust this brand again. Save your money — this table is junk.

My first order from Rit Concept went smoothly. The sofa was easy to assemble and is so comfortable. I'm very happy with it.
