The store is reliable. Costumer service answers you quickly. The office table is beautiful and seems to be very sturdy.

Do not use. Yes, the pictures on the website look nice, and the prices are competitive, but you pay for what you get.

We've been trying to get our table delivered, they outsource this to probably the worst delivery company there is. Unhelpful and they promise dates and then never deliver. DC Concept service is slow and it's impossible to speak to a human easily. Adding to the frustration.

I can't speak to the quality of the furniture as I don't believe it will ever arrive at this point. The last message from the courier company was "we've been told to hold all furniture and not delivery" so read into that what you can.

I have contacted my credit card company for a chargeback.

Do not order from this website they are a total scam and they have not shipped many orders - they have not responded to our emails and now holding approx £20 thousand pounds of our money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

The colour tone matched the online images closely. That’s something I’ve struggled with when ordering furniture elsewhere. The finish has a subtle texture that makes it look less mass-produced.

The sideboard we purchased feels substantial and well built. The doors open smoothly and the hinges are properly aligned. Small details like handle placement and edge finishing make a noticeable difference.

Terrible service. The table is now a month late and we still don't know when it'll be delivered. It was given to one courier who couldn't deliver to our address so went back to the warehouse and now is out for delivery again but I've been given delivery tracking that doesn't work. Hopeless. It feels like a scam. I hope we eventually get it after over 3 months of waiting but who knows at this point. Wouldn't recommend.

Clearly a scam company - having read the reviews on here I enquired after a particular office chair, there having been a conflict in the stated delivery timescales on the website. I contacted via the WhatsApp number provided and queried the many poor reviews, particularly those about delivery and quality of item. I was told in response that the item was out of stock. I replied that the website is still showing availability to which teh response was that the person would speak to the 'technical team'! I pressed them about the reviews and I was blocked. Don't be tempted to buy from this company.

Awful. Do not order. They told me my order would ship nine weeks later than expected. When I asked for a refund it took days to process. Terrible website.

Scammers, failed to achieve a promised delivery window and then refused to refund me when the timing meant it didn’t work.

Avoid at all costs - they are pirates, I have reported them to the trading ombudsman.

Ordered 2 coffee tables, website says next day delivery available under the add to cart buttons. Further down the website it says 6 weeks, once ordered and paid I was told it was actually 8-10 weeks. I waited patiently and then only 1 arrived and was told there was an error their end and I’d need to wait another 8-10 weeks. I asked for a full refund for both. Poor communication and overall substandard service.

The worst company I have ever experienced, they happily take your money send you product that looks completely different to what you ordered, then the nightmare starts the refuse to talk to on the phone you just get a robot message back and forth with no joy at resolving the issue. Also be very aware the picture they put on there website is not there’s they get some company in china to copy & definitely done bad very much a drop shipping

…. anyone worrying about that should maybe be a bit reassured. They are, however, less than forthcoming about the availability of items they are selling, in particular delivery dates!! I ordered a really beautiful table from them last week, with delivery advertised as being within 3 - 5 days - if I made the purchase in the next four hours. When I want to buy something, I don’t want to wait for weeks and weeks for it. I still have a mild case of PTSD from a 5+ month delivery delay on a new table from years ago (Every week it was more BS from the retailer, more excuses. Then when it *finally* arrived, it was the WRONG SHAPE). So, unless a company can immediately confirm delivery information I won’t touch them. I got an email from CS at DCConcept the following day to tell me due to this and that “blah blah blah” timescales had changed and dispatch would now be about 14-15 weeks. I went straight back onto the website, looked at ‘my’ table and it was still showing as being available within a 3-5 day delivery window if the purchase was made in the next four hours!!
So I sent an email. I got a very apologetic response, and we have secured a refund. But they are still dishonestly showing the item as being available in 3-5 days. This would be sort of/maybe ok if they weren’t totally aware of and up to date on shipping and delivery information but as THEY TOLD ME there was a huge delay, they should have updated the website. I have given 2 stars because they dealt with the refund quickly but they lost 3 for the lack of clarity.

The furniture is nice, in high quality, and exactly what we expected it to be. On top of that, the process from order to delivery was impeccable.

I ordered 6 chairs, 4 of them for a dining table and 1 dining table . All of them were marked as in stock whereas in reality only one was. The rest took 11-14 weeks . The customer advisor initially spent time trying to convince me to buy products I didn’t want just because those items were in stock .
I found the service to be ‘wanting’ . The table holes did not align with the screws and despite raising this immediately and inviting 3 possible solutions , I have been fobbed off . I do not think the company is observant of its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act and I am not convinced it is a legitimate company . If they are , they don’t care about the consumer . In any case everything is made in China .
I do not recommend this company .

This is part 2 to say that they are impossible to deal with - they have had my money now for a month, they are coming up with any excuses not to collect the rubbish they sent and they also tried to charge me more money.
After days of messaging, they have agreed to collect - let s see! They probably will find more reasons not to issue a refund but have the item back with them - win win!

Just had a suite delivered with this company they are absolutely brilliant very polite and efficient went above and beyond would definitely recommend them 100%.

I must say it was well worth the wait! The corner sofa is of beautiful quality, and the delivery team was very professional in putting it together.

Ordered and paid online for the Modern E69 office chair, £559, website said it was in stock. I was then contacted to say that although my money has been taken, the chair isn’t in stock. I waited 3 weeks for an update then decided to chase myself. I was told the chair has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 days, they will get it sent ASAP. Tracking details later received but then I received a message from the courier to say that they went to collect the item from DCConcept, but they were closed. Waited another 4 days. When the chair arrived, one of the arms is very rusty! Contacted them to request a replacement or refund…. No reply
