RiRi Hair Extensions Arvostelua 

Ordered a straight piece which had their label cut off, sent them a picture of their product next to a piece of another notorious brand saying they had the exactly the same pattern where the hair are sewed together, with the exception that their label was cut off. They said I received a counterfeit item that must have ended up in their pile with a return and they were willing to send me a new one or refund me but for a refund I still had to send them back the piece (why shall I pack it and take it to the post office when they saw the pictures and described it as counterfeit?). It took almost a couple of weeks to agree on what substitute I wanted as their replies were slow and many pieces weren't available. I still appreciate that I did receive something of my choice at the end. I went for a straight wraparound pony tail (I think it s called Lily), which matted after only one use. One of the little "combs" to keep the ponytail in place got loose and I found it in my hair, the other one was just loose and the 2 clips on the side were loose as well. Anyways, I washed it with shampoo for hair extensions from lullabelz and it improved its condition a bit, but literally just for one more use, I had to throw it away after the second use. On top of this, on tik tok they colour matched me with one shade and on Instagram with a different shade. I bought a completely different shade to the 2 they suggested and was perfect for my hair... if I'm not wrong their new collection has different quality standards, so maybe their hair extensions will be more durable, but personally I won't risk it as I am disappointed. The positive note is that the customer service girl (I think her name is zoe) is polite, I think the replies were slow because they didn't quite know what to do with this counterfeit piece (this is what they called it) and perhaps a lot of people wanted to be colour matched via tik tok messages during their lives and it wasn't easy to keep up with everyone.

I dm’ed for a colour match which they replied too really quickly. Unfortunately my item arrived fault, missing a clip. I filled out the contact form on the page asking for confirmation of a full refund due to its fault. A week later nothing so I emailed again. A few days later I dm’ed on instagram to chase and apparently their emails were “down”. It’s now been over 2 weeks since I initially reached out for a refund and I’ve heard nothing. Poor!

They took my money and I have no product…
I’ve have tried contacting the company on several occasions regarding an order sent back to them for an exchange in colour. Not only was an exchange never sent but they are impossible to get hold of….ive been trying since September and were not in February!!
I’d avoid at all costs!!

So incredibly unprofessional. The colours don’t match the photos on the website and when I returned the extensions, I didn’t get any confirmation or anything. It’s almost February and I still haven’t heard anything and I made the return in December. I’ve sent them 5 emails, messaged the number on their website and commented on their tiktok live multiple times and they are ignoring me. This is such a scam. *Update* PS. they've replied to my review but STILL HAVEN'T given me my refund......

Never had a problem with the riri girls or the hair
They are polite girls on the TikTok lives,
Receive my parcels quickly and even get a little treat in them

I wanted to return my order package wasn’t even open brand new so should be no reason not to return order and they been ignoring my WhatsApp messages ignoring my emails and they email they said I can use to get through to them is a fake invalid email the worst costumer service I ever seen £50 on cheap extensions I regret just not buying from lullabellz there hair extensions is always perfect

Terrible customer service they lie to they customers and run away from the public with their lies avoid . Cheap synthetic wigs

Awful customer service, brilliant when you want the sale but after sales service is shocking! Two weeks no order delivered and the last contact was ‘we will look into it’ Should be ashamed of yourselves! (Going through dispute with TikTok customer services)

Also track says ‘we have received your order but have not yet received your parcel’

I ordered from the website on Friday, using the Black Friday offer, and recieved the extensions by Saturday afternoon, which I was not expecting - amazing!

I ordered the wrong colour they changed the colour for me before sending out! Great company wish the shop was closer to me

wore them once for 2 hours and they have already matted

The sales people will sell at all costs, even if the product is not right for your hair so be very careful as once you buy they will not refund. My 17 year old daughter was told by the sales assistant the extensions will blend if she thins out her hair. This is never going to work and when we went to arbitration they then said people with thick hair need more packs of extensions. They refuse to refund and my daughter has wasted her exam money on extensions that look wispy and don’t blend.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM

Today I had a colour match with daisy in the lakeside store who took me to the back room where in that light the colour of the clip in hair extensions seemed acceptable, however, when I left the store and not even left the shopping centre, I showed my mum the hair and it was a completely different colour in the natural light.

When I returned to the store within the hour, Daisy’s attitude had completely changed from her sales pitch and she was very hostile and eye rolled me when I politely explained what happened.

She said I could not exchange nor refund them as they had been taken out the box (even though they were still in the original packaging with the tags were still on and i come back to the store within the hour of purchasing them).

For £220 you do not expect to be colour matched wrong by a professional and then have to dye the extensions because the shop will not exchange nor refund you.

Avoid at all cost, disgusting customer service.

I have every hair extension piece riris sell and multiples of a few styles and everything is amazing quality, the synthetic range is such good quality it looks exactly like real hair.
I’ve also bought riri hair pieces for family members and the colour match service is spot on!

Riris training academy offer a range of course I took part in the hair extension course learning 4 methods and it’s changed my life, as a single mum of two it’s given me the freedom to work from home around them doing something I love and am very passionate about, I’ve had help and advice along the way too.

I cannot recommend riris enough, Marie, Hayley and all the team are always on hand to deliver the best customer service

. 2 weeks ago i came in and paid for removal of my extensions for my natural hair to be looked at .. they then advised i pay £590 for a new set of extensions as they didn’t want to colour my hair or tone it to match the tapes i already had in due to not having enough time apparently this was halfway through the day and i later found out Brooke does not do colour anymore and this was the reason not that they didn’t have time they would’ve just preferred not to which to me isn’t good service at all. i drove away which is a 40 minute drive and decided it’s ridiculous to pay that price for a new set of extensions when i have previously been a loyal customer to Riri and already purchased 150g of black extensions and 150g of brown extensions as well as 150g of lighter extensions as well as the current ones and more over the years ! a lot of my money has gone to Riris which i never minded as the service was exceptional with Zoe who knew exactly what to do.
i then went back which was another drive and said can they put the darker extensions in. this was met with scepticism and odd looks as they said again they do not want to colour my hair or tone it so i gave up and said just put the old ones you had removed back in
brooke then said she thinks it’s a good idea to add 150 for 50g of tapes which i came home to realise did not match the other 100g i already had in and my hair in general, i then lost a chunk of them within 2 days of having them fitted. this was disappointing as i’d spent so much money.
i then came back a week later having to now drive an hour and a half to the bluewater store to have these 50g removed and another added in. i was advised to pay another £400 to just get a new set of extensions as again they did not want to colour my hair due to not having the resources at bluewater they did advise i go to lakeside next weds to get it done but i turned this down as the travel for petrol was costing me too much. i then paid the 400 and said i’d get it coloured elsewhere as i thought if the extensions would look good i don’t mind paying they advised the colour would not match and i said that’s fine i can get my normal hair coloured elsewhere . i then came home and with the placement of the tapes it looked terrible i know this because i had the exact same colours with zoe but with the placement it looked amazing! i then reflected and with the service i’ve had i do not want the extensions in my hair and so i removed them

i feel extremely disheartened as this outcome is not what i expected from riris and previously with zoe i never had a problem. she’d take the time out to do what she felt would make me feel good and confident and also got it right because she approached the job with care not just a money making business when she was there the riri experience was completely different and i felt comfortable and welcome and listened to. with all this faff i have not only wasted so much of my money but also my time and my hair is now damaged. i do not blame Riri for the extentions as that was all my choice but i blame you for the lack of care given to me as a customer who has been with you for years and spent 1000s on. i will not be coming back to Riris and i do not expect anything from you except a better more welcome experience for future customers

Extremely poor customer service ordered on the 30th of may my extensions were supposed to be delivered on the 31st until DPD contacted me to say my parcel had been lost and I had to contact the seller to raise an investigation I emailed them multiple times and had no reply I asked them on their live streams to answer me and they said they would within 48 hours well it has been 2 weeks I messaged them on Instagram and commented on their TikTok’s and messaged them and got ignored they said to me via phone call they’d chase it with the warehouse but never rang me back they refused my refund so I’ve payed £25 had no extensions and no refund absolutely ridiculous.

Best extensions u can get have never had a proplem with them .. couldn’t be any better 😇
