I’ve recently discovered riri hair extensions and I’m glad I did as they are amazing. I spoke to a lady through the messaging service on TikTok shop and she helped me with my colour match as I was unsure what colour would be best. I often wear the wavy 22 inch hair ponytail with a klaw clip. The easiness and quickness of putting the hair extension in is amazing and perfect if you’re in a rush! I would thoroughly recommend Riri hair extensions as there high quality affordable and delivery is super fast!

Company is a total scam. Its been three weeks and they have not sent my items and no response from customer service. They create a shipping label but never deliver the package to the carrier. This way they can blame the shipping carrier. status says EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR AWAITING PROCESSING. I am disputing this with my credit card company. If you like their products, check out Lullabellz. Much better customer service and shipping. Products is very similar.
UPDATE: The standard response from Riri to my initial review are the typical tactics they play. The carrier didn't loose the package, YOU never sent it. I have asked for my money back and no response. The shipping link long expired, no product was ever sent. Riri, you stole my money. The least you can do is refund my money.

Cannot stand this company! The presenters on their tiktok lives are only interested in their sales numbers and commission and tell all kinds of lies to get you to buy. They say there are only 4 left in the basket and once they are gone that's it but when they do go they say I will put 5 more in the basket and start the whole lie again. Another one is it's only this price today or only on this live which is blatant lies. They are the same cheap prices all the time! A certain blond presenter who is on every single day and has been for the last few years, her name rhymes with 'reeve' is the worst one for telling all kinds of lies just to get the sales. How anyone can do that job saying the same thing over and over day after day must be lacking in the intelligence department! Every 10 minutes she says she is ending the live in a few minutes to put the pressure on and is still there hours later. Another one is how the parcels are being collected in the next half hour so if you order now you will get it tommorrow or the day after! All lies! So many customers have complained that it's taken longer than the 2 days with some waiting a week. They say it's express shipping but it isnt! I dont think they realise that the sales tactics they are using are actually illegal and they could be prosecuted! They dont care about customer service afterwards and will ignore or block dissatisfied customers on the live. They are also giving out free gifts with their products which is just a cheaply made clip in bow. The kind you get from the Chinese sites for about 70p. I can only think that the majority of positive reviews they do have are written by staff. If you have any sense you will buy your clip in extensions from reputable people who value and care about their customers!

I'm so happy with my extensions - the quality is amazing and they came right away. However, I think the exchange process should be easier and I still need help with it!

Vile customer service with a disgusting attitude. Joined TikTok live and ordered on the condition every order got a ‘free gift’. Lucky me won a bow how cute! Well it would have been if they ever sent it out.
Contacted them and they’ve basically told me tough and accused me of lying about it 🤣 I don’t know what’s funnier at this point. Great hair peices it’s a shame they are nasty pieces of work

Initially my messages on Instagram were quickly responded to get a colour match. I placed an order and the colour suggested didn’t match at all so I returned 3 items. The refund was processed but was £3.75 short. Since 20th March I have emailed twice, filled in the online contact form, telephoned the shop (who said they couldn’t help with online orders) and messaged on instagram (which shows the message was seen last Wednesday) but I am yet to receive any response. Really poor customer service.

Avoid!! Id give 0 stars if i could!

I cant thank Riri,s enough for the confidence their hair gives me. Ive even shared my secret by buying for my besties Christmas presents and theyre so happy. I do always purchase a hanger and case with each hair so i can take it on my travels and i only ever use the Riri brushes on my hair and the extensions. Think i have every style now so look forward to new styles soon

genuinely horrible! ordered 2 pairs which both felt horrible after 2 weeks - i didn’t put heat on them and i brushed them with an extension brush frequently. the clips have ripped my hair out leading me to have bald spots on the side of my head behind my ears. i’ve tried contacting them but they genuinely won’t reply. tried saying it when they was on live and they would completely ignore it. ruined my life - the thinness of my hair and bald spots are disgusting. wouldn’t expect good hair for the price but i definitely didn’t expect my hair to have huge bald spots in now . would never ever buy again and definitely will not be recommending or encouraging anyone to buy hair extensions from here!

Riri extensions are very good I always get asked in public is that your real hair cause it blends so well and everyone asks me where they are from. I would definitely recommend riri hair extensions

Company is an absolute shambles if your looking too try and speak too somone regarding an issue , over three weeks it’s been and still no communication after emails have been sent there (online forum on the website ) that they advise you fill in it’s a waste of time because they don’t even look at them , you pay all this money for delivery and the item ect and it comes weeks later when you don’t even need this anymore it’s a joke .

I wouldn’t recommend this you can get much better for the money you will pay
