About Rip Curl – Surfing mates Doug Warbrick and Brian Singer first began making surfboards in Torquay, Victoria in March 1969 and pretty quickly moved into wetsuits in December later that year. At the time the pair thought it would be a good way to finance the winter’s surfing at nearby Bells Beach Australia, so they went for it. Today, and still based in Torquay, Rip Curl is an international surfing brand trading across the world and specializing wetsuits, surf-watches, mountainwear, swimwear, boardshorts and apparel. The brand is represented by the world’s best surfers, including current WSL World Champion Gabriel Medina and 3 X WSL World Champion Mick Fanning and continues to sponsor the world’s longest running surfing event, The Rip Curl Pro at Bells Beach each Easter. It is safe to say that despite its growth over the past 40 years its feet are still firmly planted in the sand. In the beginning, Rip Curl was the vehicle for the perfect lifestyle: “The Search” for perfect waves, fun and adventure. That same quest for a lifestyle based on the coast and the mountains permeates the company today and its crew is encouraged to live their own search as they build products and brand experiences for our customers.

Misleading delivery estimates

I can't comment on the quality of the 2 pairs of shorts I purchased before my holiday as they are currently with my neighbour as they arrived after I departed for said holiday.
The website told me that they would arrive 3 days before my departure however once the purchase was confirmed I was contacted by the courier service the next day to inform me they would in fact arrive the day after our departure.
Thankfully a neighbour was available to receive and sign for them.
I decided not to cancel the delivery as I really like the look of the 2 pairs of shorts and can always use them on later holidays.
However I am disappointed I didn't have them on this trip.

A straightforward transaction with Rip Curl. Was kept up to date with texts.
The item I ordered arrived 24 hrs earlier than expected.
Wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
A really pleasant Delivery Gentleman who was happy and smiling. Great !!

Très bien

Facile de commander, livraison très rapide. j'ai eu un souci avec mon cadeau, mais ils ont été aussi très rapide à faire la correction. Que demander de plus ?
