Bons produits mais ras le bol des relances pour les commentaires
Assez content de l'envoi et des produits, pour le peu que j'ai eu l'occasion d'utiliser les produits. Mais comme toujours, on est harcelé avec de multiples relances pour évaluer en permanence... Laisser un peu les gens tranquilles et libres de répondre quand ils le veulent et quand ils ont tester les produits. Vous gagnerez en fiabilité des réponses... et vous préserverez la planète des mails intempestifs et ennuyant pour les utilisateurs...

Cada vez se nota más que Rip Curl está…
Cada vez se nota más que Rip Curl está perdiendo el rumbo. En lugar de centrarse en la calidad de sus productos y en la autenticidad del surf, parecen estar más preocupados por subirse a las modas y vender imagen que por el deporte en sí. Da la sensación de que sus decisiones están guiadas por el marketing y las apariencias antes que por la pasión real por el surf y sus valores originales. Muy decepcionante.

Envoi rapide en 2-3 jours j’ai reçu ma commande. Maillots de très bonne qualités. Malheureusement un était trop grand j’ai du le renvoyer. Le remboursement a été rapide il s’est fait sous une semaine.

Worst customer service
I placed an order for multiple items. Unfortunately some did not fit well so I returned the item using the returns label provided and followed the online instructions exactly. It has now been 21 days and have not heard anything from the company. I have emailed them twice with no response at all. I can see that my parcel has arrived at the destination. Basically I have lost over £100. Awful company and non-existent customer service.
