Rio Heating Arvostelua 

Wish I had heard of Rio heaters before spending a lot on other gimmicky heaters sold by salespeople. Bought a Rio plus which is cheap and actually works! I live in a cold flat with poor insulation, these heaters will get the room up to the desired temperature fairly quickly with comfortable heat, unlike others which fall really short compared to this. Couldn't be bothered setting up the app yet but I can set the temperature manually and turn it on and off as I want. Only criticism is that it doesn't come with feet supplied and there doesn't seem to be a way to add to the order - be sure to contact the company By Phone (didn't respond to my email for some reason) requesting to have the feet sent out along with your order.

I have just brought four Eco Plus Ceramic Radiators from Rio Heating (one 2000W and three 1000W units) but had some questions before I brought them. I called up Rio Heating and spoke with David who was happy to answer all of my questions.
Once I had purchased them the units were delivered the next working day, and having now installed them I cannot express enough their high build quality, ease of use, and how aesthetically pleasing they are. All four units are installed and connected to my mobile via the Tuya app so I can turn them on and off from both inside and outside the house, set schedules, and set up quick steps and "scenes" for home automation.
Rio Heating and David have been highly responsive and great to do business with from start to finish, and I'll definitely be coming back here again when I move house and need new radiators.

Absolutely amazing customer service and the heat that these core radiators radiate out is brilliant . So impressed with everything and would highly recommend this company. The radiators also look great on my walls and it’s brilliant you can program different radiators for different times and heat whether at home or when you’re out.

We got a RioEco to go in a cabin used by my wife for hair dressing and it works wonders. Being able to remotely turn it on using the app before going out there makes a massive difference. Surprising how much heat it punches out too.

I ordered a heater back in December but there was problem with the delivery. I spoke to a few of the guys at Rio heating who were all very helpful and friendly. My main contact was Dave. T who went above and beyond to solve my problem, sending a new heater and I received it the very next day! I would strongly recommend this Company

After a visit from Dave and following his recomendation, we decided to purchase four of the radiators to be placed in two of our branches. The heaters were easy to install and we managed to connect the radiators to the Tua app without any hassle! The one issue we subsequently had was easily resolved over the phone.

Very pleased with my Rio heaters. They are efficient and easy to control with the reliable Tuya app.
Delivery was prompt with items arriving carefully packaged and on schedule.
I had a minor issue with one and customer support post sale was excellent. These heaters are great value for money and I would recommend them.

I have ordered and installed five Rio Eco Plus radiators. All I can write here that experience is outstanding.
My home is warm and comfortable again, furthermore various modern features and Tuya App will help to save money.

Great product (1000w rio eco plus), easy to install, and when I had an issue connecting to the App I sent an email for some advice and received an instant response which helped me get things set up.

I have to say I am surprised to read of some of these negative reviews as my experience with Rioheating has been very positive . I purchased 13 Rio Eco Plus radiators so that I could remotely manage the electric heating in 2 holiday lets. They are easy to install and program and pair with your phone and the customer support I received from Dave has been exceptional. We have had one radiator that has developed a fault but a replacement was sent out straightaway . I can definitely recommend this product

Great electric radiators, bought two of them in early 2022. Set the temperature from my iPhone every morning before I get to my studio. Just bought two more. Highly recommend this product.

After having trouble with configuring my Rio Arc heater with the app. the technical support was able to help me resolve the issue.

I bought a Rio eco plus radiator. I found it hard to programme the timer but after a couple of e-mail messages from Dave at Rio, I conquered the timing for a simple once per day format. I have only had the ceramic core radiator for a couple of months and have three faults.
1. The multi use drilling template was incorrect
2. The heat travels upwards rather than outwards and therefore goes up the curtains and gets trapped between curtains and window making the room not-so-warm. The solution for this is to have the curtains in open position during bedtime in preparation for timed early morning start.
3. With the rising cost of energyI have been a bit of a miser with my heating and only use it occasionally but already it has started making a loud banging noise upon use which can sometime cause me to startle. Unfortunately I would neither recommend or purchase another Rio heater for these reasons.

I purchased 5 heaters from Rio Heating that I have found to be spot on for my requirements. They all worked perfectly for 18 months, when unfortunately one of them proved faulty and ceased to heat up. After contacting Rio Heating, the Managing Director contacted me directly and sent out a new one, no questions asked. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
