Rio Heating Arvostelua 

I totally recommend rio heating.
The very modern electric radiators are fantastic. Very simple to use, keep the heat brilliantly.
My last house was all electric. I had these heaters in all the rooms.
Moved house, so bought a couple more for places plumbing wasn't possible.

When I did have an issue, they were brilliant at sorting it out. No question no fuss, very eat to talk to.
They sent a new replacement radiator straight away.

Very easy to instal ,efficient heater , perfect for my flat .

Purchased heaters for the entire house a few years ago and am very happy with them. Customer service is excellent with all questions and queries quickly dealt with and resolved. Heaters perform well, however occasionally need resetting when our broadband goes down. No fault of the heater and they can be operated manually when this happens. Being able to turn on heating remotely when out of the house may be advantageous, but again that’s probably down to me not being tech savvy. Heaters are well built, easy to operate and give off plenty of heat.

Purchased a Rio Archeater not so long ago, it’s still going strong no problems with it at all. The installation was straightforward, and the design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly into my home.
Customer service was also top-notch; they were responsive and helpful with my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Great radiators. Compact , good looking and working well after 18 months.

I have these heaters throught the house. I had a problem woth one of them which was replaced sharpish with no haggling. They are great. The blue tooth control is brilliant. I can have the house cosy when i get in. I would recommend both the company and the heaters.

I bought two Rio Arc Heaters at the end of 2021, shortly after their release, based on several online reviews. They were more expensive than most space heaters, but they were among the first HomeKit-enabled space heaters on the market, so I adopted early.

Each of the reviewers noted they initially had issues with the heaters, but that Rio had sent them a firmware update that resolved the issues and allowed them to switch the unit's display from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Rio NEVER publicly released that firmware update -- or any firmware updates for that matter.

The Arc heaters are a lovely design, and they continue to work well for a passive (no air circulation function) heater. Rio discontinued the Arc line of heaters about a year after their release.

The Arcs take a very long time to heat a cold space. The display is very bright, and it is in Celsius (I'm not anti-metric system, but Fahrenheit is what I am used to and find it difficult to translate between the systems in my head). The built-in button navigation is difficult to configure, and the app for setting adjustments is no longer distributed.

I wouldn't purchase another Rio product given the need. I find Vornado's space heaters to be much more efficient, cheaper, and better supported. Notably, they have yet to solicit reviews from me four years after abandoning the products I purchased. If you're in the market for a space heater, I recommend you look at their products instead.

Product kept malfunctioning. Company said they would issue a refund, then stopped responding to emails. Do not buy from this company.

Rio Eco rads worked really well and kicked out good heat but very very pricey to run, especially if you have more than 1

My RIO Arc Smart Heater works flawlessly for 4 years. Obviously I use it only in winter periods. But every time when it is getting cold I start it and then use it almost all day long for about half a year. It connects to Apple HomeKit in a matter of seconds and then I can control it remotely and do whatever automations I want. Highly recommend this product.

The RIO radiators I purchased have been very efficient and easy to control and were at a price very competitive with other makes of similar radiators

We bought 3 rio heaters to replace old fashioned storage heaters when we moved into our house. They are excellent and when we had an issue with one if them it was replaced immediately. Excellent company and service. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Rio Arc (White) from Rio Heating, because it was supposed to be HomeKit compatible. Unfortunately it looses connection to HomeKit every 2 to 3 days. When I contacted Rio Heating, they basically washed their hands, blamed HomeKit, and refused to help. So I used their App, until they abandoned it and decommissioned it about 18 months later. They provided no written instructions or documentation on using their product manually without the app. I am very disappointed with this product and company and would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

No customer service - if a heater stops working you’re on your own. We bought three in 2021. One doesn’t work at all and one no longer works via the app. Very disappointing and expensive. Now investigating getting an air to air heat pump instead.

I used Rio heating for my garden house, it's been great and heats the place with no problems. Controlling the heating with my phone is a added bonus.

Fitted the 2K one couple years ago in my garage which is attached to my home. Works well when I need it.

I have had the 2000watt radiator for almost a year now and can honestly say it is the best and most efficient radiator I have had so far. It's a very a decent price and being able to control it via a very good app. Is a bonus. Will definitely replace the rest of my radiators with a Rio come time

The company are really easy to get hold of, always helpful. There was a bit of a delay on the order arriving but we have had this with other companies bringing stuff from China. Not their fault there are pirates in the Red Sea! I would use them again if I needed another radiator
