Your product was received in a well packaged container. Unfortunately for me the Rimgard system i recieved is not compatible with my 2020Acura MDX. Your company has been quite helpful in the process of returning the system. I want to thank you for making my purchase a pleasurable one. I experienced some installation issues but that was due to my novice experience with Rimgard. Reached out to Rimgard support team and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, it may not be bulletproof to expert thieves or whoever that desperately wants it but I guarantee that it won’t be an easy task and at least deter them to an easier target. I’m quite happy with the product and my mind is more at ease every time I have to walk away from my car.

I could not recommend this enough! I emailed the company to make sure the Rimgard would fit my car and they were quick to respond, within 24 hours, and was able to provide me their professional opinion. Installation was quick and easy and I now have more peace of mind for my car

Excellent product (Rimgard One Gen2) and perfect customer support, always open to discuss the future, potential improvements and answering weird questions from the customer.
This latest buy was done online with the option to pick it up from their office. Got there less than 1h after ordering and the person opening the door basically handed me the package asking "Roger, right?" :)
