I recieved a product that was not the right item. I was offered a 30 percent refund if I would just keep the product . They stressed how long it would take and the expense of returning would be on me. Not happy and really not impressed!

I ordered a jacket on February 3rd it is now April 13th and have still not received my jacket. I have been in touch with rileyridge a few times and was told they were moving to a new warehouse, I emailed them today 4/13and have not received an answer. It’s insane to wait any longer . I will be calling the better business bureau first thing tomorrow. I would advise anyone who has had any bad experience with them to do the same thing. They are ripping people off right and left. Buyer beware

Extremely disappointed with Reed Heritage. The order took three months to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. Even worse, the product is nothing like what we ordered. What we received is a cheap, poor-quality fabric that doesn’t match the description at all. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this company.

I would never order from this company again!! Riley Ridge sounds very outdoorsy like REI. It is not!!! Products are cheap Chinese manufactured items that are not even what they are represented as (at least not the items I purchased). Their return policy is just aas bad. I requested a full refund , but they tried to negotiate first at 30%, then 40% and finally at 60%. Took almost as long to get my refund as it to get the items which were shipped from China, not US. In order to get the 100% fund, I was required to pay shipping back, that's almost acceptable except that the recepient refused the package!!!

Returned 2 pairs of shoes and they denied the shipment. I can’t get my money back and their customer service is horrible. Buyer beware, this is not an upstanding company. Tried calling the phone number listed. There is no one to answer the phone, directs you to leaving an email. Voicemail is not full and not able to accept messages. Typical. What a terrible company!

I bought a nice hoodie, and then had a suspicion that I was just scammed. I even disputed the charge on my credit card (which was refunded to me). A week later the hoodie arrived. It is decent quality - not amazing but still good. There is no manufacturer label on it at all. Probably Chinese. But I got what I ordered.

What I ordered was nothing like what I received. I ordered a khaki jacket with patches on the elbows. What came was a cheap polyester zip up sweatshirt with the patches imprinted as a pattern onto the fabric. I was also told 7 to 10 days for shipping and it arrived a month later. They offered no shipping compensation for me to return the item. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

RIleyridge is a scam website. I ordered a jacket and it came to me discolored (white spots everywhere) and in the wrong size XL instead of M. They literally claimed that even thought it was XL it really is a M, which was obviously not the case: it was HUGE! When I asked them about correcting their mistake, they offered 20% to keep the item, then 40% then 60% and never offered to pay for shipping the item back and refund me in full. I still don't have a refund and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Two of the three items I ordered were the wrong size, material of the third was poor and the fit was strange despite being the size I ordered.

If a zero was possible, I would have given them five zero's! Ordered a winter jacket they called Outland Fleece lined Hooded Jacket. Picked Tan color, size XL for $75.00. The material looked like a rough tanned material and what I received was a nylon thinly fleeced hooded piece of garbage, burnt orange in color, size 3XL. They first offered a 30% return; I keep the garbage. I refused, then they offered 40%, and then 50%. I refused stating refund me the complete amount, and either send me a pre-paid label to ship it back or I would donate to a charity of their choosing. Haven't heard back at all, and the telephone number is a recording to email customer service. There address in Wyoming is an empty building according to a friend of mine that lives in Cheyenne.

Very cheep made. All comes from china, did not know that till I ordered! Hell, should have just went to Temo and got it for half the price!!!

My husband ordered a work jacket that looked heavy weight like a Carhartt jacket. It took forever to get it. I checked and it was shipping out of China. When it finally arrived it was a nylon type material and would melt if he welded in it. The fleece lining was better than the jacket itself. I order items from Temu and get better quality products from them.
I think Riley Ridge orders Temu products and marks them up 150%

This product looks nothing like i seen online it is cheap and took almost a month to receive it will never order nothing from them again I will give this jacket to good will they should be put out of business

They shipped the wrong sizes for my order are want me to pay for shipping back the wrong order so they can send me the correct sizes.

If I could give the a big fat -20 I would

Item looked nothing like advertised, was supposed to be a heavy weight fleece jacket 80$, turned out to be a halloween custom, when I asked for a refund, they said they could only refund 40% and I could keep the jacket or give it to someone for a gift, yeah right you couldn't give this jacket away it's such a joke.

Item I bought did not look like anything in picture. Material was cheap! They don't make the return process easy at all! Do not buy from them...you will regret it!

Bought a $70 work jacket off of Riley ridge site. When it came in, it was a thin, silky fake material jacket with a plastic zipper. Temu quality. No. Ive actually gotten better quality items off of temu before. Then I read the return policy and I'll have to pay for shipping back, when its a fake product not even close to pictured and described. I feel sick. I just threw away close to $100. Do not buy from them!!!

This website is fake. I paid $55 to order something but I haven't received it. The phone that is provided is fake and nobody answers. Do not purchase anything from this website.
