I ordered twice from TerraHouse. Both times there were issues with the order. My first order was supposed to be a cashmere beanie hat, and it maybe possibly had less than 5% cashmere in it. (So not as advertised, since it was a much cheaper wool instead of cashmere, and idiot that I am, I ordered again, and they sent the wrong item. Both times, the offered either I pay for all return shipping or they will give me a 20% refund. I opted for the 20% refund and they haven't even managed to do that correctly, they have asked at least 6 times for a picture, which I have sent. I am caught in a loop with their incredibly shoddy customer service.

Garbage rubber clown shoes that ost $60 and took 3 weeks to get here. Literally a scam as far as im concerned.

I received 2 items, one was defective, I wanted to replace it but they want me to pay the shipping costs to Turkey (the costs are more expensive than the product) it's not fair, I just wanted the item in good condition.

I ordered a pair ofwomens shoes. When they finally arrived the shoe was too big (I am a straight size 7 ALWAYS) however I contacted customer support to see if I could exchange the shoe for a smaller size. They contacted me via email quite quickly so I was hopeful! Well buyer beware!!! They offered me 20% off my original payment of $109.00 and told me I could keep the shoes! They don't fit so why would I keep them. I decided to send the shoes back and asked for a refund. I was asked to package the shoes and send them back via a reputable delivery service. The address given to me to send back the shoes was IN TURKEY!!!!!!!!!!! The cost of mailing the shoes back would be more than the cost of my purchase.
This is not a reputable company. Do not fall for the scam!!!!

Easy to order. These are very nice shoes but narrow, especially at the toes.
You can tell they are comfortable, beautifully made but I really don't think I can wear these.

Absolutely awful experience. Took 4 days for them to even print a shipping label. A week later and the tracking says it hasn't been picked up yet in China. Asked "customer service" for an update and all you get is a generic automated response. Three refund requests and 3 weeks later and I still didn't get anywhere. I had to report fraud to my bank in order to get my refund. Worst experience I've ever had online shopping.

I ordered two coats that upon receipt of them found them to be defective because the sleeves were not the same size. Contacted Terra House offer me 20% back and I keep the worthless or ship them to Ankara Turkey for a full refund.

The shoes were too small. When I requested to return them, they sent me a return address in TURKEY!!! It cost me $45 to return out of the country

I ordered shoes on Jan 17. It is now Mar 27 and they still have not shipped. Initially i told there was a backlog because of a sale. I waited another month and they then told me they should ship in a few more days. That was 6 weeks ago and they stopped responding to my emails. Left with no choice but to cancel my order.

if I could do zero stars I would. I ordered 2 pairs of womens size 10 shoes. They arrived 3 plus weeks later and are size 6 at best. Horrible company with even worse customer service.
I am really mad that I spent over $120. and the shoes are marked US 10, but clearly child sizes.

Ordered a specific size. Reached out customer service with their response about receiving the wrong size shoe, was asked to provide a picture of what was delivered. I included a picture of the shoe with the size and the order number. I have not received an email or correspondence in return to this issue

Please do not order from this company. Material is below the standard. My shorts were way to small & didn't come with the belts as advertised. I thought I was ordering from a US Co. but it appears my merchandise was coming from overseas. Advertising was misleading!!

Not only does the order take an extremely long amount of time to actually arrive the quality is a complete joke, and sizing is not even close to what is advertised. DO NOT buy from here. They collect your money, send you trash, and then refuse to help make it right. They will tell you that you can pay to return it to Pakistan, but it needs to be perfect for them to give you your money back. It is a scam.

I bought two of the men’s cuff bracelets. They arrived and look great! The first day I wore it I received numerous compliments of how nice it looked!

I wrote a review in February about being sent a 2XL coat instead of a large. I have sent the item back, provided proof of receipt and I have still not been reimbursed. The coat was not only the wrong size, it was also a POS that I wouldn't give to a homeless person. This site is a scam selling crappy merchandise. If you want to return an item you have to send it to Turkey on your dime even when the mistake is their fault. They should be shutdown and PayPal should not work with them any longer. Pooor quality merchandise and no customer service!!!!!!

I bought two Pair of shoes,both in the same size one is a little to big the other about three sizes to big ! Really cheap made! I will not be seeing in public with them ! They are made in turkey, so garbage! They said , to get my money back I have to send them to turkey that means it would cost me more to send them back then I paid for them! They lied about everything! I gave them to goodwill ?

Took 3.5 weeks to receive the product, as their address is in Charlotte, North Carolina but the item came from China.

THESE SHOES ARE CHEAP VARIENT COUNTERFEIT FAKE TRASH!

Not worth $10 at a flee market, let alone the $70 after shipping and taxes I paid. The materials and all, just outright horrible.

I sent an email. attaching pics of a legit pair in same style. Asked for them to abide by their own refund of policy and offered to pay out of pocket to ship these back overseas.

The refund policy on their site clearly says in writing:

But Terra House does not adhere to the policy they advertise to make customers comfortable before purchase.

After I purchased, I was given 3 “take it or leave it” options and told they were doing my a courtesy! Given asked for me to simple “gift it to someone who’d appreciate it more”.

Really?

I demanded a refund and return and sent them a copy of their own policy.

Since? All emails and phone calls have been IGNORED.

Please stay away. I am in pursuit of legal action (free for me) and calling my credit card company for a chargeback.

The first pair of shoes fit fine. The second pair of the same style did not fit. I was told to mail them back to Turkey. Due to the mail cost, I purchased a third pair... these are also the wrong size. Now I have two pair that will cost me over $80 to mail back to Turkey.
