Highly recommend Rightstyle Furniture! We purchased our Hartshire Corner Sofa and a coffee table from the Omni branch - Orla was of great help and was so lovely to deal with. The delivery was also very quick (was told 4-6 weeks for the couch and it came in exactly 4 weeks!). The delivery guys were also very pleasant to deal with and set up the couch for us no bother. We are beyond delighted with our couch and coffee table, quality is amazing and would definitely be recommending to everyone!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - Brian in the Fonthill location was super helpful. As I’m organizing logistics from the US, detail and communication is important, the lads and especially Brian couldn’t have handled any better! Very happy customer, would definitely recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Right Style Furniture and the technician they sent from Walsh Furniture Repair. The technician told us during the inspection that the mattress topper foam had failed and even showed us the specific area in the picture. He said this would be included in the report, so we signed based on that explanation.
However, the report we received days later said the complete opposite and claimed there was no issue with the mattress. The photo the technician showed us was not included, and the findings he verbally explained were missing.
I don’t know whether this was a mistake or done intentionally, but the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Based on this, I cannot give any stars.
Please see the attached photo showing how the mattress keeps a deep handprint when pressed. A good mattress should bounce back immediately, but this one sinks and holds the shape, which explains the unbearable pain it causes.
Despite this clear issue, the technician and the company are still saying the mattress is “good,” which is completely unacceptable. The mattress is not providing proper support, and the visible indentation proves it.
I asked the customer service, please do inspection from different company, my request is completely ignored.
I will request to the people, must read my experience before buying anything from right style furniture, your warranty or Guaranty is actually just become myth on paper.

We absolutely understand your concerns regarding the condition of your mattress and the discomfort you’ve described.
To ensure a fair and impartial assessment, an independent third-party inspection was arranged through Walsh Furniture Repair. Please note that Walsh Furniture Repair are not employees of Right Style Furniture and operate independently when carrying out inspections and producing reports.
Following receipt of your comments, we contacted Walsh Furniture Repair directly to review the points you raised. They have confirmed that the report issued is complete and accurately reflects their findings at the time of inspection. They have also confirmed that, based on the testing carried out during their visit, no manufacturing fault was identified with the mattress.
As the inspection was completed independently and no fault was found, we are unfortunately not in a position to offer a replacement or further action at this stage.
We do fully appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. However, we must rely on the findings of the independent inspection process.
If you wish to obtain a second independent opinion, you are of course free to do so, and we would be happy to cooperate with any further formal assessment.

I was very happy with my purchase from rightstyle furniture Fonthill.
Michael was so helpful and made the ordering and delivery process so easy, he called before the delivery to confirm everything was going ahead and called after the delivery to check everything went ok.
The sofa I bought was stunning and of great quality. The table and chairs was perfect.
The delivery men were so nice and pleasant, and they put together the sofa on site and the kitchen table.

We had a great experience again going…
We had a great experience again going to right style to pick out a new sofa for our living room. There was so much to choose from. Michael was fantastic in helping us to choose which one would suit our home the best. Delivery was exceptionally fast and the lads put it together in no time. The sofa is amazing, so big, so comfortable. 3 recliners is a game changer for movie night with the family. I highly recommend right style for all furniture. We will be back again soon.

Bought a kids bunk bed ,table and chairs out in the fonthill store. Mark helped us that day and he was brilliant. Great value for money . Bed got delivered about 3 weeks later which was fantastic nice and quick . Mick and Rob delivered the bed they where great lads nice and quick and efficient. Only went out for bread and milk
We only popped into Rightstyle Furniture in the fonthill for what can only be described as the most ambitious “bread and milk” run in history… and somehow left with two sofas, a bunk bed, and a sideboard.
How did this happen, you ask? One word: Mark Keegan.
I’m fairly certain Mark could sell ice to a penguin, but in our case, he didn’t even need to try that hard. Between his charm, knowledge, and suspiciously good timing (“while you’re here, have you seen this?”), we went from “just browsing” to “well, we do need somewhere to sit… and sleep… and store things…”
At no point did it feel pushy—just dangerously persuasive in the best way possible. We came in for essentials and left questioning all our previous life choices (like why we didn’t upgrade our furniture sooner).
10/10 experience. Would absolutely go in for bread and milk again… but maybe bring a budget and emotional support😂

Terrible customer service Broken furniture seller blaming customer
Smiles and laughs Untill you ring the card once the payment for your purchase has been made you should brace yourself for drama if the product that you purchased brakes.After a long wait for the furniture (bed)to arrive we attempted to use the storage space underneath but the lifting mechanism broke down the frame snapped in half and show started on with numerous phone calls and emails in regards our issue.Long wait time and no emails were received from them for a long time after a while they realised that they have to deal with this problem and they figured it out that it’s our fault therefore we need to fix this on our own expense.But we know our rights as customers and we are caring out with this complaint Small claims procedure and so many more way are out there for us to get help when this type of approach is made by any retailer.I would definitely not recommend them just because they are not treating their customers right

We reviewed this case carefully based on the photos provided and also discussed the findings directly with the account holder over the phone. During that conversation, it was explained and understood that the type of damage to the lifting mechanism and frame is consistent with the safety locks being engaged while downward pressure is applied. Unfortunately, this results in damage that would be classified as misuse rather than a manufacturing fault.
That said, we do understand this has been a difficult situation for you, and while the issue was not due to a manufacturing defect, we still offered a reduced-cost solution as a gesture of goodwill to help resolve matters as quickly as possible.
We always aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle aftercare cases, and we remain open to working with you to find a practical resolution.
