Our warehouse collection hours are from 8am to 3pm. Unfortunately, you arrived after the warehouse had closed and our warehouse team had finished for the day. This was explained to you when you arrived, and we advised that we would be more than happy to facilitate your collection once the warehouse reopened.
We completely appreciate that having travelled across Dublin this would have been frustrating, and we’re sorry that you also experienced a wait while trying to reach Customer Services. However, once the warehouse has closed for the day, we simply cannot facilitate customer collections as the relevant team is no longer on site.
We’re glad that you have since returned and successfully collected your table, and we hope you are very happy with your purchase.
While we’re sorry that this experience resulted in a negative review, our team did their best to explain the situation politely and assist within the warehouse collection hours available.

We had such a great experience shopping here! Marion was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, welcoming and really helpful with choosing the right furniture for us. When we realised afterwards that some of the pieces were too big, she went out of her way to help us sort it with the warehouse and quickly found us a replacement that fitted perfectly. The furniture is gorgeous, the quality is fantastic, and we’re honestly so happy with everything. Couldn’t recommend Marion and the store enough!

Purchased a new couch consisting of a 3 seater and 2 seater. When we were ordering the couch we agreed with the salesperson on our cushions and chose the colours. We paid for 5 but only received 4. We also paid for the infills of the cushions and did not get them. The delivery of the couch was delayed by a month too. We also ordered a table and paid for it. When this didn’t arrive with the couch we rang them. They said they had no record of the table so we had to forward the original receipt. Eventually after many emails we got the table. We have just sent an other email about the missing cushion. Very disappointed with our experience. Currently looking to buy a new bed but won’t be using these!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that the delays surrounding your order have left you disappointed.
We would, however, like to provide some additional context, as we have been actively working with both yourself and the manufacturer to resolve the outstanding items throughout this process.
Regarding the table, this was not missing from your order or something for which we had no record. Unfortunately, the table was out of stock when your sofa was delivered. Once this was identified, we confirmed the stock delay with you and arranged for the table to be delivered separately as soon as it became available, rather than asking you to wait any longer for the rest of your furniture.
The cushions have unfortunately been a more complicated issue. The particular printed covers you selected were delayed at the manufacturer, and replacement covers subsequently had to be specially ordered. When you advised us that one of the covers was still missing from the most recent delivery, we checked this with both our delivery team and the manufacturer and asked you for photographs so that we could establish exactly what had been received.
Having now provided those photographs to the manufacturer, they have acknowledged that the additional bolster cover is required and have placed a further order for it. We are currently expecting this to arrive with their next scheduled delivery to us during the week commencing 19 October, and we will arrange to get this to you as soon as it arrives.
We completely accept that you should not have had to wait this long to have every element of your order completed, and we have apologised to you directly for the delays and communication throughout the process.
However, we would also like to reassure you that your concerns have never been ignored. We have continued communicating with the manufacturer, reordered the required items and arranged separate deliveries where necessary in an effort to get everything completed for you.
We’re genuinely sorry that your experience has fallen short of the standard we aim to provide, Michael, and we will continue working on the outstanding cushion until your order is fully resolved.

Commenced on entering the Fonthill store, staffed by friendly staff allowing us to browse the vast selection of furniture.
Emlyn's ( Salesman ) confident and patient approach provided the advice re furniture that best suited what we where looking for is/was much appreciated.
Both Dining Chairs and combined 2 seater recliner are very comfortable , sturdy quality and very comfortable. - Thank You, Emlyn for your advice and assistance.
Also worth a mention is Jason and Victor who delivered the furniture 29/07/2026. Both Victor and Jason were pleasent and efficent, removing all packing. The required assembly of chairs and recliner was completed efficently and with great knowledge.

It took us a while to decide which dining chairs to go with the dining table we bought from them, and we actually had to come back into the shop twice before we were completely sure of our choice. Poor Quality
I bought this table from Right Style Furniture around 2 years ago for €800–€900 and I’m extremely disappointed with how it has held up.
The table gets very little use but the laminate has started peeling in multiple places. The table is rarely used, which makes it even more frustrating to see it falling apart like this after only 2 years.
I contacted the store and they agreed that it shouldn’t really be happening, but because it’s slightly outside the warranty period there isn’t much they can do.
The table looks nice and that’s what attracted me to it in the first place, but when you’re spending this kind of money you expect it to last. For €800–€900 I expected much better quality and durability than this.
Really disappointed overall. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed our records, the table was purchased in August 2024 and collected in October 2024. You contacted us regarding an issue with the edge banding on 4th June 2026, which is significantly outside the manufacturer's 12-month warranty period.
Although the item was no longer covered under warranty, we still submitted your case, photographs and details to both the supplier and manufacturer for assessment. Following their review, the damage was determined not to be the result of a manufacturing fault and therefore did not qualify for a warranty replacement.
Despite this, and in an effort to assist, we successfully negotiated a heavily discounted replacement tabletop on your behalf at 50% of the normal replacement cost.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we do feel we acted fairly and professionally throughout the process by investigating the issue fully and providing a goodwill solution even though the warranty period had expired.

Mick&rob or rob&mick are one of the nicest delivery drivers, got a corner sofa and a kitchen table and chairs delivered about roughly 2/3 weeks ago and they came and set everything up for me, they gave my son stuff to help with and were really sound they served a high standard.

Brand new Broken bed with no solution

Delivery man was stinking of weed, I made contact with he store in Omni. Was redirected to customer service.
Customer service was “escalated” to senior management. Nothing back for weeks, after multiples tries to get a response I spoke with management in omni store. Said he would sort it, nothing since he said just give me 2 days. Over 2 weeks ago.
Really having an unpleasant experience with right style. Brand new bed and it’s broke just left with no solution after been told so.
Wouldn’t recommend.

We have had an ongoing issue with…
We have had an ongoing issue with rightstyle for over 1 year now. They delivered an incorrect back cushion for our new couch last May 2025. We were very understanding as accidents happens. After months waiting for a replacement, and poor communication from rightstyle, they stated they could not source the cushion and would replace the couch, and take the old one back. So now over 1 year on, the day had finally arrived for our delivery. The delivery men refused to deliver as the old couch was still there. To say we were shocked after taking the day off work for this. The overall experience had been awful and would not recommend them at all.
