Right Now Residential is an independent London estate agency specialising in residential lettings, property management and sales across the capital. Based in the City of London, we work with renters, landlords, homeowners, investors and institutional property owners, providing straightforward advice and a personal service throughout the property journey. Our lettings team helps renters find high-quality homes across London, from individual apartments and houses to some of the capital’s leading Build to Rent developments. For landlords and property owners, we provide a comprehensive lettings and property management service, covering everything from marketing and tenant finding through to ongoing management and day-to-day support. We also work closely with developers and institutional landlords, supporting the leasing and management of professionally managed rental developments and larger residential portfolios across London. Alongside lettings and management, our residential sales team helps homeowners and investors market and sell property across the capital, combining local market knowledge with modern property marketing. Right Now Residential was built around the belief that estate agency should be clear, responsive and genuinely helpful. We invest in technology and data to make the process more efficient, while keeping experienced people at the heart of the service. Whether you’re looking to rent, let, manage, buy or sell a property in London, our team is here to help.

They kept my deposit claiming fake information, which can be proven by multiplying the payslip values. It took them three weeks to cancel without reason (I was charged six months of advance payment, plus deposit) and I have excellent credit, valuation and no complaints or late payments.
