This company should get a ZERO. They do not disclose that if you want to return the items you need to ship to China and pay for customs and it may never get there. The return shipping will be in excess of what you originally pay. This is not disclosed at purchase. They should indicated that 100% of their items are FINAL SALE

Rici dress company is a huge scam! They are using and imitating elegant photos that shows good quality design and material. I paid via paypal and filed a complain and requesting for full refund.

Here is there 2nd response after i insist on their address and offering me only 8usd refund! They give there address, not sure if this is legit yet!

The postage is very expensive,we do not recommend it. and if there is customs problem , the customs fees also very expensive .we will not responsible for it ,the package may be returned to you. Never received my order of $ 200.
00. Emailed support 5 times. Finally they gave me a totally new tracking number but it could not even be used. Scammed big time.. never again trust RICI dresses from China

Dirt site weeks iv ordered something an z it came did not come email them nothing

ordered a dress for a wedding. Site stated lead time of 10-15 days. Its been 21 days and still no product and no reply to email and no legitimate tracking no. People this is a scam site. Do not buy from. The wedding and honeymoon are over and my money is gone.

I finally got my order and they were totally something different!! The Jacket and sweatshirt I ordered with the pretty flowers on them didn’t come. These 2 ugly tops , which didn’t have any quality to them. I spent good money for them. Is there anyway I can get my money back???? HELP!!!!

Do not buy anything from this company. They are scam artist's. You cannot cancel at all they make you email them but they will ship out the item before they will read your email and claim it's too late even though their site claims it would not be shipped for several days and they were contacted within 30 minutes of purchase. They charge way too much for shipping. If I could give negative stars I would. They claimed the package was already picked up but the status shows updated to unknown as soon as they finally emailed me back.

i ordered dresses and a wrap for a wedding. Nothing fit and when I asked for a refund to return the items that should have been over $100 They offered me $7!!!

I ordered a dress it wasn’t the right size or style they advertised. No return information and my card was charged after the purchase in China twice.

I ordered a dress from this site months ago. To date I have never received my order. I have requested a refund twice and just get the same standard response that my order is on the way. I feel like an idiot for trusting this website. Do NOT order from them ever! I live in South Africa and I paid a lot of money for a dress that was for my daughters function. So it is of no use now. I want my money back!

Do not buy anything from this company EVER!! They are copying designs and using stock pictures and when the item arrives its rubbish. They are selling FAKE items.
The site should be taken down in my opinion.

would give 0 stars if i could. ordered this dress with expedited shipping to be here in time for my baby shower. not only did dress not arrive in time, customer service got back to me 10 days later! DO not i repeat do not use this company.

Items ordered were not compliant and of poor quality. What's more, when you want to return the items, they try to dissuade you by telling you that the return address is in China (in addition to the return costs, which you have to pay). However, at no time on the website is it indicated that the return address is in China BUT in the return conditions RICIDRESS claims to have addresses all over the world for a return near you. This supplier is not honest. I advise against buying.

I always wear a size Meduim but ordered a large as i wanted it to be loose, It was the Vitamin Sea print, the large was more of a size small. I requested to return and get an XL the said i had to return to China but said it was delivered from USA . They also own other sites Margovil . Instead the offered me a 25 percent coupon, save your money order off Amazon, at least they protect us

Total scam. The items I saw online have nothing to do with what I received. Different cuts, different styles and colors!! Really regret buying from them.

This company is a scam and dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I placed an order at the beginning of March. Long story short, the package is lost. They said they would resend and a week has gone by and I haven't received new shipping info.

I have been trying since February to get my money back. They offered me five dollars and then seven dollars and then $12 on $143 purchase. I have sent them daily emails to get my money back and I even sent all the stuff back to China for $55. They are playing games with me.

Don’t order from this company I ordered a dress on 3/2 with express shipping . I still haven’t received my order and they are refusing to refund me my shipping fee … absolutely inconsiderate and rude .
