I ordered a denim dress that looked nothing like the advertised picture. It had no holes for the button holes for the buttons! The colour was completely different. There were rocks in the pocket.
Stay well away from this company!

Bought a dress off this site, received it and it looks like the cheapest knock off version. The worst! Sizing was also off as I went off their chart and it was way too loose on me. Contacted and they offered $5 to keep it instead of shipping back. It’s unfortunate, a scam really, because now I have something that is unwearable and short $45. Waste of time and money.

I NEVER received my 2 womens tops..Its been 3 weeks or more!!! Do you have a customer service phone number?? After reading these horrible reviews I am getting concerned I will not EVEN RECEIVE these tops!

The quality of the material sucks, they don’t refund you and they don’t let you return anything. Awful awful awful. I will advise everyone to stay away from this company.

I placed an order of several items. The order never came. I reached out explaining my situation only to be advised that it was shipped. Never came. Was advised that it was covered and told to seek reimbursement from a specific site who had no record of my order. Contacted ivadress again and was told it was shipped. Still no clothing but they took payment. Winter clothes were ordered and now it’s spring. Ridiculous! This company is a complete scam. Save yourself the hassle and expense and DONT ORDER from these thieves!

Le doy una estrella porque si no no me deja pero me han mandado un vestido pesimo,el mismo material de shein,no lleva bolsillos como en la foto y ni de lejos lo que anuncian,la empresa no te tiene nada informado de tu pedido,e tenido que escribir yo y solo contestan en inglés, aparte el reparto pesimo,lo recoji de milagro porque pase por el sitio donde lo dejaron apesar de poner la dirección de mi domicilio,pesimo servicio en todo,peor imposible porque para devolverlo tgo que pagar yo el transporte... vamos un 😱😱😱

Was nothing like the picture and trying to return it has been disaster they think you will keep the trap and not return not me it is going back no matter the cost and I did file a complaint with FTC. They do not deserve any business.

This place is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them. They say that the package is coming from Texas and you got expedited shipping and you never receive it. It has taken 30 days plus and I still never got the package that it says was delivered they don’t respond to any emails. This is a scam. This is a scam.

I ordered this dress for my son's wedding on January 9th- for his wedding which was on February 6th- The dress was never received- I did get a tracking number and continuously checked it- It is now March 5th and still nothing- I have sent several emails & no response- THIS IS A SCAM/FRAUD!!!

Actually, I wouldn't give this place any star. There's no way to know that you just bought something from China. They don't say anywhere that that's what's happening. I only got one item. Happy to see it would be delivered in "Less than 10 days", right. It took nearly a month of me constantly calling and asking about the item. When it arrived it was just crap. I could've made it better myself and I hate sewing.
LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, do not shop here.
They don't give money back either.

I ordered a pants suit. When it arrived “one” leg was cut smaller than the other. I reached out many times to “try” and dispute sending a defective product back to China. The price of mailing is ridiculous more importantly, the product is defective. They did offer $5,$7 then 20% but I refused. In the end they did NOT refund me!

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews, but I saw a few positive ones and was holding out hope. I’ve ordered from similar companies before, so I figured that the dress would take a long time to ship and would run small. I ordered far in advance and a size up. While I was trying to track the order, I will say the company was pretty responsive. The dress arrived two weeks later than it was supposed to, but still two days before I needed it thanks to the buffer time I had left. It also fit pretty well since I ordered a size up. The problem was the quality. The zipper color didn’t match the dress (white zipper on red dress), and the dress itself was poorly made and didn’t look anything like the photo. I wasn’t expecting high fashion, but this was something I would honestly not be comfortable wearing in public due to the way it was cut.

I’ve been trying to get a refund and have received no response to my email, and I don’t have a lot of hope based on what I’m seeing here.

I know some of these companies are hit or miss and I knew that I was rolling the dice. I made a poor choice with this one and would advise others to skip it.

Terrible quality. Their website says returns, but you have to ship back to China, which is incredibly expensive. Don’t bother.

I wish I read the reviews before I placed my order. I placed an order for women's jeans that had Philadelphia Eagles patches. I placed my order and received the jeans but wrong tram. They sent me Colts jeans. I contacted them and reviewed my actual order. I reached out to them and they told me I can return them to CHINA, which we know would be expensive to do. I re-checked my order and I ordered the correct item but they only offered 25% discount though i sent them pics of my order. I should have learned from first order but I really wanted these jeans so I placed a 2nd order and this time they send me a dumb dress in 3x..though this time when I placed my order I double checked to be sure I was ordering properly and I also put a special note to explain exactly what I was ordering. Again I reach out to them and no resolution. Im gonna blast them on social mediA each time I can. DO NOT ORDER FROM IVADRESS. ITS A RIPOFF and they take advantage of the fact that no one is gonna return wrong items because of the high return charge for shipping. Both times it was their fault and im still angry they didn't resolve the issue of them sending the wrong items twice!

Absolute rubbish!! Items on the website don't match the delivered item.

Purchased a Black Lace dress in size L based on the Western sizing chart clearly displayed on the website. What I received instead was a 34/34 “L”, which is Chinese sizing, not Western. This makes the dress completely unwearable.

What is most disappointing is the seller’s lack of accountability and empathy. They initially offered a USD $3 refund, followed the next day by USD $5, which is unacceptable given the sizing error was entirely theirs.

I informed the seller immediately that I was willing to return the dress, only to be told it could not be returned via FedEx, DHL, or UPS—only by standard post. On top of that, I was told that any customs duties or taxes would be my responsibility, despite this being their mistake.

Why market dresses to the Western world using Western sizing charts if you are shipping items that do not match those measurements? This feels misleading at best and deceptive at worst.

Buyers beware: the sizing chart does not match the product received, refunds offered are minimal, and returning items is made intentionally difficult and costly. I strongly recommend not purchasing from this website.

I just lost AUD$100 for a dress that I cannot wear or give away!

Worst scam shopping experience. I order a floral top for my mom , first of it took forever to arrive. But most importantly I was sent the wrong item . Honestly a piece of garbage that I wouldn’t purchase not even for 1 dollar . I contacted customer service and their solution after admitting their mistake is to either refund me 3 dollar out of the 35 dollars that I paid . Or for me to send them back the item and be responsible to pay shipping fees . So outrageous and a scam . You guys are scam and rip off company . Stealing ppl money . Never again and I hope other ppl will read these 100 other reviews about their awful experience with you

It actually showed up, and I was a little surprised it did. I tried tracking it, but it always said it couldn't be found. Color was completely different than the picture and the size was horribly off. I ordered a 2XL (I'm normally an XL, but went bigger, just in case), but it's so small it really should've been labeled a Medium or a small Large.
