Richmond Motor Group - MG Guildford Arvostelua

We Found the staff both in Sales and Service to be polite, caring and helpful, but the efficiency from Contract Manager Sheila Fernandez was truly 5 star. Overall I recommend Richmond MG to all.

Charlie Swayne from MG Richmond Guildford was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly — he instantly put me at ease, especially after I explained a previous bad experience with another dealership.

He was professional, reassuring, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. The standout for me was the extra thought he put in — knowing I wasn’t local, he made sure the car was fuelled up so I could get home without worrying. Such a simple gesture, but it meant a lot.

I went in feeling anxious and left genuinely excited about my new car. Charlie completely turned my experience around.

Couldn’t recommend him more — thank you again Charlie

From the moment I went into the dealership looking for a car, I was met with a smile and hospitality. It was Sunday 29th March at 10.00am soon as I was in the dealership I was offered coffee by Kelly Faith. We walk around the showroom and I was shown new cars and was given information of each car I was shown. I was given an option to a test drive. I explained I wanted a larger car, Kelly put away the Keys for the new car. And took me to look at a MG ZS and allowed me a test drive. After the test drive, I knew that was the car for me, I explained what my budget was and my circumstances. Kelly went through 2 different permutations and explained them to me fully.
Nothing was to much bother. We finally got everything down on paper and worked out all the figures for the finance. To cut a long story short, I am today,Thursday 2nd April, at 12.30, the proud owner of a MG ZS Hybrid+ 1.5. An absolutely beautiful car.
Kelly, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for your support and compassion after a very difficult period in my life. With the loss of my wife, Sue, on August 23rd 2025. After 48 years together.

Kelly was lovely very friendly I was kept up to date
💯 recommend from start to finish everything was brilliant

Bought my new MG HS Hybrid+ through MG Richmond, Guildford and were guided through the process by Senior Sales Executive, Marius Mockus. It was a very pleasant, helpful and stress free purchase. Would thoroughly recommend them. They are busy so it shows their professionalism.

From walking into the showroom at Richmond Guildford I was greeted by Marius Mockus who made my whole experience of buying my first MG a joy.
He was very professional with none of the heavy sales pressure that I have experienced in the past at other dealers, I was kept fully informed f everything and to make things better the car was delivered before my original delivery date.
I am now the proud owner of my MG HS TROPHY and would like to personally thank Marius for making the journey a complete joy, should anybody be thinking of buying an MG please head to Richmond Guildford .

Marius the salesman was very helpful. There were some problems in the car being delivered due to bad communication from the transport firm. He did all he could to resolve the problem and keep us up to date.

Efficient and courteous service and a very smooth transaction and process made possible by Marius

It's early days but MG Guildford (Richmond group) and our new MG S5 EV car have been great so-far: We took delivery of our first battery-powered EV last week and Marius in the MG sales team has been excellent -- knowledgeable, patient and informative. We only visited MG on the off-chance whilst browsing the range of dealers on Slyfield industrial estate and were sufficiently impressed with the service & deals to accelerate plans to go from Toyota hybrid to EV by a few years, ordered an MG S5 EV and it arrived pretty-much as Marius predicted even with the disruption to international shipping etc. going-on at the moment. We've driven less than 50 miles but 100% happy so-far, good value for money etc.

Thanks James - great car buying experience!

Found brand new vehicle and colour we were after, arranged everything smoothly and car arrived earlier than expected. Jams was extremely helpful throughout

Professional, friendly and helpful advice.

Charlie was very helpful, knowledgable and not pushy which I so appreciated,
Customer experience slick, calm and excellent.
Very happy customer who ordered a car today.
Thank you. Charlie.

James was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to get me a great deal on my new car.

Outstanding service from James. Would highly recommend the dealership and James himself.

We were assisted by Marius Mockus in our search for a new EV. Marius was incredibly helpful and well informed and I would be very happy to recommend him.

Just bought a vehicle from Richmond Motors what a great experience. Henry gave me everything I needed knowledgeable and most of all patient.
Thank also to Kelly for the hot chocolate it's really good. Great team there hope to dealwith them again in the future.

We felt reassured by the honesty and transparency of the whole team, especially Marius. The whole sale was smooth, including the part exchange. Thank you Marius.

Marius made the whole experience trouble and stress free. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended the service I received at Richmond in particular from Henry Jackson.
Purchased a used vehicle and was very impressed with the vehicle preparation and cleanliness . Having purchased in excess of 35 vehicles for myself and family over the years I consider myself a good judge of service and this was one of the best.
