Richmond Motor Group - MG Guildford Arvostelua

Marius was fantastic from start to finish, made the whole process so easy. He explained everything in detail and kept me updated throughout. Amazing service.

Dylan was such a great guide in the buying process and cannot fault his customer service! Thank you for everything you did for us !

MG HS was the choice of car and Guildford dealership was the closest to us. Initially a telephone conversation with Marius Mockus who searched cars for us & and then a meeting at the centre.
Everyone was efficient and friendly & Marius talked us through the process, test drive etc.
Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend this centre and especially Marius.

Brought another car from Marius! That's Two in Four years. Lovely guy, no bs. Made the whole process of buying a new car enjoyable and pain free. Thank you.

Very good Service very helpful and would definitely come back again 😊😊😊

The sales experience was very good as is reflected in many of the reviews posted. However, my car has now developed a fault that means I am unable to reliably open, lock or start the car. The earliest date available for the car to be seen is December. No appreciation at all that I have a car that I cannot use. When asked who I could escalate this to I was told there is no escalation process and that there is nothing they can do. Apparently the delay is due to closing another branch and they receive at last one to two calls a day with the same issue. Absolutely shocking after care. Avoid at all costs.

Bought an MG4 EV from Marius, my second EV from MG Slyfield in 3 years. Very friendly and not pushy staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

Was made very welcome attention to detail all it was a great experience

We are very pleased with our purchase at MG Guildford. Charlie was very professional and went above and beyond to provide a good offer and fulfil our few requests. Highly recommended.

The service was very good, sufficient.

Kelly Faith was very helpful particularly as we were on holiday during the purchase process. The car was ready to collect when we got back and purchase was very smooth.

Kelly was very helpful and supported us through our purchase. Very happy overall and would recommend

I recently purchased a MG ZS from Richmond Guildford and the process was smooth from start to finish. The salesman I dealt with, Akash could not have been nicer and so happy to answer any questions that I had. Fantastic job experience and I am so happy with my new car thank you Akash

Great service from Marius Mockus

Great customer service with very detailed information from Kelly

Great experience with MG Guildford. Dylan was so helpful, friendly and responded quickly to emails.

I am so pleased with my new MG4 and the amazing customer service that Dylan Mogg provided. He kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything with patience. Thank you!

We arranged an appointment to speal to someone regarding a sale of a new car .
The first person we spoke to had inadequate and limited knowledge regarding the model and specifications of the car .
We then walked away confused , We then received an email regarding further help with someone more senior , We arranged to leave work early to make the appointment due to thier persistance .
Henry on the phone explained the terms and other details and we arrived to Henry being in another appointment, He explained he thought we were coming at the weekend despite the fact that we had spoken to him on the phone the night before .
However Henry said he would juggle both sales , He then explained the car we were ordering was getting taken off of the manufacturer's due to some changes being made and the price was going to be changed .
This could have been discussed on the phone the evening before and i didnt need a 90 mile round trip to be told these details .
I was given a massive lacking of any customer care or common courtesy, Leaving empty handed and a poor reflection of the conpany .
We will not be returning .

Dylan made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful without ever making us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly and kept us updated throughout the process.

What really stood out was how approachable and genuinely caring he was. He made us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale, and even after we collected the cars he was still happy to help.

The whole experience was smooth, straightforward and personal, and Dylan is a real credit to the company. He clearly takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and that made a huge difference to us.

Hi, I just like to thank Dylan for a great service great personal service very appreciative for all the aggravation of caused him. Thank you very much Dylan.
