Richmond Motor Group - Hyundai Southampton Arvostelua 

Went in to check out a vehicle size at Richmond in Southampton last weekend, I now have a very nice shiny new car outside the house. Ibrahim the young sales guy was very friendly, polite and a credit to himself and the dealership. We discussed all the different purchase options, but he was happy with my suggested options without being pushy for what may have been better for him. Professional service, I believe he’s quite new, but doing well his manager did speak to us last week too and was very helpful. Happy with the deal we agreed, he was very positive to let Ibrahim close the deal and do the handover today . Oh the car is very nice too.

Came in to view an i20 N Line S and will be considering buying it. My sales executive was Harry and he was really helpful and informative. 10/10

Visited the showroom 18th July without an appointment to view their ex demonstration Ioniq5 and was welcomed in by smiling receptionist who introduced us to salesman Calum who showed us the vehicle and set up a test drive.
Calum was knowledgeable polite and friendly and without any pressure guided us with the purchase, and the PX of our car and transfer of cherished plate. He kept in contact and ensured a smooth pick up was able to take place 4 days later.

No pressure, very relaxed atmosphere staff very friendly. overall I'm happy I now have my new car but the time It took to actually receive my car was quite poor as I was under the understanding that I would get the car a whole week earlier than I actually received the car

Terrible service from Southampton. I have bought 4 cars from here before and have always had excellent customer service from the sales team. However recent experience illustrates a serious decline. Gone are the little extras. I turned up to pick up the car and the paperwork was missing so this was delayed. When I eventually took the new car, I noticed that there was damage to the windscreen which hadn’t been pointed out to me prior to purchase. I took this up with the garage and they said they would rectify this. 3 months later and I’m still waiting for them to, ‘make phone call’ to the window guy. I have raised this with head office but no one is interested. Considering how much money we pay for a car, the customer service is a disgrace. Needless to say, my next car won’t be a Hyundai!!

The customer service advisor Lisa Thomas was a great help this morning. She made the experience from the start to the finish a great experience,when I brought my girlfriends car in for a recall.

Following a disappointing visit for my MOT a few weeks ago, I was pleased with my visit yesterday for my service
Knowing I would be stranded there all day (no complimentary car or pick up and deliver service) I took my dog and my laptop. I was able to charge my laptop, enjoy complimentary coffees and work whilst my car was being serviced.
I was even given a cornett which was very welcome given the temperature.
I also received a full tank of fuel by way of an apology for my previous experience

Bought a new Kona on PCP using their recommended finance provider, Hyundai Finance. I was not made aware that I was unable to change mileage requirements during my contract if my circumstances changed. It is unreasonable to expect people to know what their mileage will be in three to four years time. The amount I selected was more than enough for my current situation, but I was then made redundant and my new role was hybrid rather than WFH. This significantly increased my mileage but their only response was essentially ’tough’. AVOID!!!

Booked our i20 in for its 1st service today everything went very very smoothly lisa thomas handled our visit fantastically friendly smile and very knowledgeable. She gets a 10 plus from me. oh and the coffee was
again.

Having been hassled for payment of new car They now can't give me a delivery date!! They will have had money for at least a week
