Absolutely awful service from start to finish. Purchased a car 2 years old and had a few issues chasing and getting paperwork done as it was all last minute by the sales adviser. When the vehicle arrived there was significant damage that was not in the advert photos including a cracked windscreen, damage to the bumper with a large crack and deep scratch as well as scratches all diwn the wing, a horrible stain on the driver seat and pain damage on the door handle. I expected chips and scratches which there were but that's to be expected on a 2 year old car. The damage was not shown in the photo so I asked the garage for help. It took a week and had been ignored and had to get firm but they agreed to collect and repair. This then changed to offering money off then back to collection. I was dealing with the manager at this point and was told that thet were sorry that they didn't manage my expectations of a used vehicle. Not sorry that the car was not as described or had clearly been damaged since the photos were taken. After another week I was offered £500. I explained that this would not cover the work and not even the bumper. The manager then said it dies not need a new bumper even though the hyundai garage I sent photos to said they can't repair the deep scratch in the black gloss. The manager then said if I offered £750 would I keep it. I just wanted the work done not at my expense but this was not going to be possible. The car was rejected and collected. I was assured I would be refunded in full by the close of buisness today but it has not been done so I am now told the next 24 hours. There were so many issues from start to finish that I will be making an official complaint and hopefully they will be made to review their staff as I would never recommend you buy a vehicle from here.

Purchased a pre reg inster 02. The offer came via Carwow and was a full £4K cheaper than my local dealer. The salesman - Bryan- was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Both myself and my husband were able to take the car on a test drive to ensure we liked its performance. They gave a fair trade in price for my old car and the exchange was quick and simple.

Having seen a secondhand Hyundai i20 on line I made an arrangement to view the car the within a couple of days. Having seen the car and decided to buy it the whole transaction was very straightforward. The salesman Ibrahim Ali was very efficient and the vehicle was presented in immaculate condition.

Thompson was fantastic throughout the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly and was transparent through the whole process of setting up a new finance agreement. Thompson went above and beyond to advocate for our requests and was tremendously understanding. I felt that we were able to find a very good deal that accommodated my financial circumstances and beyond. All in all- such a positive experience made even better by a very personable, understanding and patient sales executive! :)

Bahadur made us feel very welcome when we went in to look at the cars. Found 1 I liked and he made the process of buying it very easy everything was sorted. I am very pleased with the way things went.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. After my mother and I arranged over the phone to return her car, they refused to buy it back when we brought it in. To make matters worse, they made me wait around for four hours before finally letting me know, wasting my entire afternoon.
The backstory makes the situation even more frustrating. My mother purchased a new car from this dealership in October 2023. Sadly, in September 2024, she became very ill and spent over six months in hospital, only just recovering enough to return home. We finally managed to get the car serviced in April 2025 after her recovery
This delay meant that because the service was six months overdue, the warranty was now void, and there was nothing they could do for us.
The lack of understanding and compassion, both regarding the buy-back deal and the warranty situation, has left us feeling let down and completely unsupported. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for decent customer service or flexibility in difficult personal circumstances.

The best thing Richmond motors did for us was to deliver the car for free due to my husbands decline in health. The salesman told me the phone charging mat worked for him, only to later find out it was broken and needs replacing. Porky pie No. 1.
The same salesman told me he had had our alloy scratches repaired, but told his manager that he had changed the wheel as he couldn't get hold of the repairer. Porky pie number 2. (We had the repairs done locally and charged it to them, which they eventually paid)
They assured us it would have a new boot liner. It came without one. When asked why, another salesman said there were none available, having previously assured us we would have one even if he had to get one out of another car! Then he told his sales manager he hadn't said that at all. Porky pie No 3!
Trying to get hold of them on the phone or email....frustrating! Waiting for them to call or email back....never ending and we had to chase them constantly.
Oh and they also misled us as to the mileage. We were told it was 15,000. When it turned up it was over 16,000. Finally got compensated for that error.
They kindly offered to tax it for us, but did so in my husbands name when we had emphasised over and over that this was to be put in my name. So I had to change the drivers name which meant cancelling the tax and re buying.
The video they sent (eventually) of the car was 57 seconds long and didn't show the paintwork or the alloys up close ...it was very inadequate.
They final bill omitted to take off our £250 deposit we had paid which would've meant we paid it twice.
I would never deal with these people again. We are thankful to the Sales Manager, Dean, who helped us to resolve these issues. It is hoped lessons are learnt but it made an already stressful time for us (due to my husbands illness) much more stressful. Never again!

I ordered the car online, paid the deposit and arranged to see the car, giving the time I would arrive. The salesman told me that he would not be there but his named colleague would meet me.Arriving on time, I looked around the showroom, saw the car, looked around the outside and then waited to be spoken to…and waited….and waited. There was no-one on Reception and so I sat in the waiting area as sales team were engaged in calls or talking. 25 minutes passed and no-one spoke to me so I went to the office. I was then served promptly and Bhads tried his best to right the wrongs and gave up part of his Sunday morning to hand the car over..

Callum was amazing, very welcoming and had a great customer service. He had a great knowledge of the car specs and explained everything what the process are. The car finance and agreement went smoothly as planned and he had good communication all throughout the process. He kept me updated of the progress.
