Avery Residential London Ltd Arvostelua

On the property management side they are super responsive to me and my tenant. They give professional and balanced advice on market changes balancing the interests of the landlord and tenant so I have a happy tenant. They are also proactive and just sort things out including a periodic check to make sure the property is in good order and doesn't need anything. I have been very happy with them for years.

The support from team Avery Residential was everything we were looking for! They always kept us updated about everything.
Lovely people, cannot recommend them more!

The staff at Rhubarb Property are great. They are polite, approachable and efficient.

Avery have been nothing but great with their professional customer service. We had a few technical issues and they were quick to resolve them. Definitely recommended

Amazing supportive estate agent, helped me throughout the process and genuinely caring about the tenants. Very professional and friendly approach, it’s been such a pleasure dealing with such lovely and professional people who do a fantastic job! Colin has a great team, also Anna and Rihanna, very supportive and great at what they do!!

Hands down the most efficient, competent, friendly estate agent! I’ve not a bad word to say about this firm, best to represent landlords and best to help tenants. Helped us throughout the whole process of getting a property we really wanted. The communication and customer service was outstanding! Colin & Anna were amazing, other estate agents take note!!

Excellent support by Rhiannan. Overall great experience with Rhubarb.

Through out my 8 year contract Rhubarb Property staff were always 👌. Communication was excellent, they were always fast to respond and always helpful with any of my queries. Their fair approach is commendable. Thanks Rhubarb 😊

It was a great experience with Rhubarb agency .
And what made it even better is how fair they are in handling our deposit at the checkout report .
I would definitely recommend this agency.

Rhubarb Property Management team especially Mr Thomas Avery, the Managing Director has done an amazing service to us. He has been extraordinarily helpful. He is very accommodating, and reassuring. He told us to “leave it to me” and he kept his promise. He can be contacted even on weekends and after office hours, responding to text and emails with punctuality and reasonable time. We have talked to so many letting agents from big or small companies but nothing compares to the help that the Rhubarb Property Management has done for us. They are very professional, systematic and organized, and best of all, they are very efficient. We told them what we need and what we wanted and they made it happen. This is the way every company should perform. Thank You very much Tom for going far and beyond your call of duty. From Dennis & Liberty

I had a very positive experience with Rhubarb property, especially compared to some other bigger estate agency companies. Rhiannan especially was a great help and very accommodating throughout the tenancy and moving process, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Rhubarb are responsive, helpful and always come up with great solutions. They are very professional and get the issues resolved whenever I report something to them. I am pleased with their service so far.

Rhubarb were great for me and my partner.
We’ve heard horror stories about London tenancy rentals.. but they were friendly and fair. Especially when it came to deposit refund it was was a fair and fast resolution.
Thanks especially to Rhiannan from Rhubarb for being so great!

I rented with Rhubarb from September 2022 - 2023.

They where very receptive to any issues identified when I first moved into my apartment and arranged maintenance quickly and at a convenient time.

I was stuck in limbo for several months as the apartment was being brought by a commercial entity but it had yet to be completed. There was a lack of communication on potential rent increases and despite being told I’d receive a call I received no communications until I made the decision to end the tenancy due to the uncertainty surrounding prices and deciding to buy a house.

Rhiannan is a credit to the company and has always responded to any questions promptly and has been very helpful which moved my score from a 3 to a 4.

Compared to other people’s horror story’s about letting agents I’ve had a much better experience than some and received my full deposit back which I was very happy to receive.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Rhubarb!

I have been using Rhubarb property to manage my flat for many years now, they are completely
professional and Colin makes sure we are informed of every issue and he takes it upon himself to resolve timelessly. They respond to enquires and manage actions quickly, when you are busy working you must have a reliable agency to manage your property.
Thank you
