Anna Francis was of great help all through the process, her professionalism in her job is highly appreciated and remarkable.
Right from after we did the property viewing to the key collection time and after.
Thanks Avery Residential for the lovely apartment.

I've had a lot of issues since moving in and each one has been chased up and dealt with promptly and professionally, even those outside of Avery's direct responsibilities. Very grateful for all the help I've received, especially from Colin and Rhiannan.

Great experience with housing needs and support all through your stay with them

5 stars! Anna Francis made my move-in process seamless and stress-free. Highly professional and supportive. Thanks for your hard work.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Colin & Anna of Avery Residential in our search for a tenant. Colin in particular has been brilliant in his communications, keeping me in the loop and responding promptly to all my queries.

Avery Residential have managed our London properties for over 5 years now. Tom and his team have proved an excellent choice - professional, responsive and always quick to get on top of any day to day management issues. We don't live in London so it's essential for us to know that our property is in good hands and our tenants have dependable help when needed. Tom is also very experienced in the London market and keeps us in the loop when it's time to re-let.
Special shout out to Anna and Rhiannan who go above and beyond when help is needed!

I recently worked with Anna Francis from Avery Residentials Birmingham and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service provided. From the virtual viewing to finalising the tenancy agreement, she was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. I appreciated the transparency, attention to detail, and the courteous manner in which everything was handled.
Overall, I would highly recommend [Avery Residentials and especially Anna Francis to anyone looking to rent a property with confidence and ease.

Anna was always available during working hours and sorted out all the tenancy related matters in a professional and timely manner. Honestly, I’ve had negative experiences about some estate agents in Birmingham but Avery Residential seems to be on a different level. I genuinely recommend them👍

We have been working with Tom and his team in London for quite awhile now and have always found them easy to work with on various maintenance jobs. Straightforward and stress free. Would highly recommend

We had an outstanding experience with the Avery Residential throughout our entire process to rent an apartment. The team was always professional, responsive, and proactive in handling any questions or concerns we had. The team was very quick to reply back to us with our emails or phone calls.
The end of tenancy process was just as seamless, with clear communication and efficient handling of all the necessary steps. We are truly grateful for their support. A Special thanks to Colin for helping us to get the apartment when we needed and to Rhiannan for managing to give us back our deposit in full amount when we ended our tenancy. Highly recommended!

Flawless process from the start of our tenancy until the end, the communication was spot on and timely and everyone was a pleasure to speak with. The handling of the deposit was handled professionally and without any issue. Highly recommend Avery, great company to work with and would happily use them again if needed.

Seemless from start to finish. Great service, always on hand to help, polite and professional. Moving in and out could not have gone better. Communication is key and Avery delivered on this especially getting our deposit back! Thank you!

So I rented a lovely one bed apartment in town. From the beginning my process with working with this company was smooth. I secured my flat within hours of viewing it. Moving in was seamless and so was check out. Rhiannan was extremely helpful. She negotiated well between myself and my landlord for check out. Whenever there was an issue maintenance always came out. I had no issues at all with this agency. I left my flat as I am off to be married. It was my first time living alone but I had a great experience renting my first place as a single person. It was that much more great because of Avery Residential and their understanding towards tenants. Thank you to the team!

Great agency. Rented a flat with them for a year. Throughout this time Rhiannan was very responsive both on email and on the phone. They were very fair with the deposit at the end of the tenancy and generally helpful throughout the year regarding any problems in the flat. Have a good receipt system too for logging issues.

Anna was amazing in every aspect, she is quick to resolve issues and is great at keeping me updated at all times. Great service!

Anna and every other person I worked with during my moving was an absolute delight, the process was seamless and Anna ensured I had constant feedback about any queries and proffered prompt solutions to all queries, thumbs up👍

Anna Francis unwavering support and exceptional efforts were pivotal in successfully resolving a long-standing conflict with the electricity company. Her invaluable assistance and dedication truly made a significant difference, leading to a positive and satisfying resolution. I am incredibly thankful for Anna's kindness and expertise in navigating this challenging situation with grace and effectiveness.

Thank you again Anna!

I found myself very well with this company especially with Anna. She is very professional, qualified and available for any problem or issue concerning your property. I really recommend to deal with her in need of help.

Anna was very resourceful and efficient during my transition. Being someone who recently moved to the UK this made the process easier for me to adjust and settle in. Her promptness to respond to emails is commendable.

My late mother engaged with Rhubarb to manage our property and waxed lyrical about them for years, having nothing but positive things to say. After she passed away I naturally had to liaise with them myself directly and I have to say they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were unbelievably understanding and helpful in ensuring that everything was dealt with professionally and to the highest standard!

I have no hesitations at all in recommending the friendly and professional team at Rhubarb as they offer a top class service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
