I've bought many earrings from brands that claim they're hypoallergenic or pure metals ect but they always caused a reaction. Rhokea are genuinely the first pair of earrings to not make my ears swell. Overall great premium/luxe jewellery for an affordable price.

Not only that the earrings are fantastic, but the customer service is superb!
I bought a pair wich I fell in love with. Although I have sensitive skin, these earrings feel great and I can wear then all day long without feeling any irritation.
Unfortunately, I lost one earring. I contacted the customer support, and without any problem they sent me an entire new pair!

I loved the earrings that I bought! No pain and swelling from metal allergy anymore. However, it is my first time to use a flat back. I followed the instructions in the rhokea video to slightly bend it before attaching to the base. I unconsciously touch it every night when Im on bed as I am so happy that I dont feel any pain from poking for years. That’s when I realized one of the earrings is missing. Only the base is left. I am so sad as it is has not been a week since I bought it and it is a gift to myself. Im just so heartbroken right now. 😞💔

Lesson: Maybe bend it a little more.

Very disappointed. The earrings were much smaller than they appeared in the online photos. Since all the pictures showed adults wearing them, I expected a larger size. The ones I received are extremely small and not what I anticipated. Or at a minimum an alert regarding sizing. The product images should better represent the actual size.

It was marketed as very friendly for sensitive ears/ fresh piercings and I was really looking forward to my pair as I myself have very sensitive ears. I bought a pair for myself to help with the healing process of my second piercings only for my piercing to start bleeding trying to insert the earring and took unbelievingly long to put in to the point I was considering not even wearing them. Other earrings went perfectly fine in. The post is thick for unhealed piercings. Although, packaging and quality of the actual studs are good and the designs are rlly cute but if you have unhealed/fresh piercings wld not recommend.

I love that the packaging is so lightweight, and it’s perfect for sensitive skin. I have been wearing my earrings since I got them. In love with my earrings.

I purchased 5 pairs of earrings and I have no regrets!!! It can be daunting buying online with many promises made. rhokea is the exception as it delivers. My ears are always sore and swollen, having to remove the earrings, the piercings then close and, I’m having to re-pierce them..stress!!! The quality of the earrings are exceptionally high. I have 3 piercings in each ear, wearing 3 pairs from rhokea..Within days my swollen crusty oozing ears have recovered resulting in better quality of sleep. This was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time xxx

I was disappointed with the Radiant Cluster Flat Back Studs and Duet Piercing Hoops, especially considering the price and the promises made in the marketing.

The back of the Radiant Cluster Flat Back Studs is extremely short, to the point where it feels like there is barely enough length to work with once the earring is through the ear. I struggled for an unbelievably long time trying to secure it into the cylinder holder back. I have never had this much difficulty closing an earring before, and it made the whole experience frustrating and impractical.

The Duet Piercing Hoops were also not what I expected. They are much smaller and thinner than they appeared, and they are not nearly as sparkly or impactful as I anticipated. Once again, the short design made them very difficult to close and secure properly, as the clasp does not attach easily.

These issues are especially important because if I want to change my earrings frequently, I have to factor in how long and difficult the process will be each time. Jewellery that is marketed as easy to wear and practical should not require this much effort just to put on or remove.

For the price point and the expectations set by the brand’s marketing, I expected a much better-functioning product that was easier, more practical, and more user-friendly. Unfortunately, the design of the backs and clasps makes these pieces far less convenient than they should be.

Update: I wrote this review on 23 July after disputing the order with my bank, at that point, I hadn’t received refund confirmation and was genuinely unsure if I’d get my money back. The refund did come through after Eman’s response, so I’m updating to reflect that the situation was eventually resolved. She has also blocked me on my social media handles for talking about this.

I ordered from them internationally after seeing they delivered to my country. My order was placed on 14 July. Their website showed "preparing order" status, and they advertise shipping in 2–3 days, but days passed with no update. I had to reach out on 19 July, five days after placing the order, asking for a status update. It shouldn't have been on me to chase.

I was told on 20 July that FedEx couldn't deliver to my address, which was odd since I regularly order UK-to-UAE via FedEx with no issues. I asked why this wasn't flagged at checkout, or earlier, and requested a refund. I then followed up on 21 July and 22 July with zero response during that window, despite chasing twice. I also reached out via Instagram DMs and posted comments on their Instagram and TikTok asking about the order. It was only after a third email on 23 July, where I raised a bank dispute, that I finally got a reply and the refund was processed same-day.

To their credit, once they did respond, the refund came through quickly. But I had to push repeatedly across multiple channels (email, Instagram DM, public Instagram and TikTok comments) over 9 days just to get basic acknowledgment.

The "we run this ourselves" explanation doesn't change that going days without responding to a paying customer isn't acceptable, regardless of team size. Even if you were actively chasing FedEx behind the scenes, a quick “still waiting on FedEx to confirm” or “order cancelled” from you would have prevented me from having to escalate to my bank. That’s not about team size, it’s basic customer communication. If the response times are really going to be 2–3 days due to being an independent operation with other commitments, that should be clearly stated on the site so customers can make an informed decision. I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known processing would take 5+ days with no proactive update, and support would take up to 3 days with ignored follow-ups.

The refund did eventually land, so this is resolved. But the experience was unnecessarily frustrating and could've been prevented with basic communication.

Maybe Rhokea’s processes are seamless for local orders, but internationally, my order was mishandled, and I would not recommend.

Ordered jewellery that said shipping in 2-3 days its been nearly two weeks. No response to my emails. No updates and just says in progress, seems to not be arriving. Cannot process refund for 30 days.
