It works. We subscribed for the gold membership with immediate alerts hoping to get two business flights to Japan with points. Several months later, we got the alert and could quickly call BA to upgrade to business :)) I'm in the UK, not sure why the profile says the US

Text of Review: So much easier than BA’s weby
You were recommended to us by BA reservations staff who told us about setting alerts on your site. Brilliant service. Just booked to go to LA October half term.

WARNING FOR CANCELLATION
When you cancel the trial they purposefully use the word "cancel" in a context that means you are actually stopping the cancellation - this is horribly misleading and obviously targets the elderly.

It took us a while to understand what you meant. However, we now understand - thank you for opening our eyes to how this could confuse.
This wasn't the intention at all. It was just an oversight by us.
We'll make the necessary changes so that the word 'cancel' isn't used for the button you're referring to which closes the cancellation pop-up screen.
We don't have your details. If you weren't able to cancel your trial in the end please send an email to help@rewardflightfinder.com so we can look into this for you.
Top tier
From my experiences using RFF I can say with my chest I’ve never found an easier and more efficient way of securing seats for myself , family , or friends , it’s been such a strain as a new traveler and thanks to RFF I am able to navigate across the world almost fully carefree.

Once you give them your credit card ..
Once you give them your credit card, they use every "dark pattern" dishonest deceptive user interface trick to make sure you don't get through the cancellation process.

Love this app.
Discovered this app last year and have found two seats to Montreal through it. Definitely delivers what it promises. My advice is to set up many alerts rather than just one. If you set them at least 6 months ahead, (a bit of forward planning needed), you should find what you want.

Thank you so much. The time it takes to get an alert depends entirely on the ever changing demand and availability on the chosen route. We have no control over this and that is why we recommend setting alerts at least 6-9 months ahead, wherever possible.
RFF suggests they are 5 star?
RFF currently have a rating of 3.8 But their website shows a full 5 star Trustpilot logo which suggests they have a higher 5 Trustpilot rating. Why is that?
/Update: RFF website has now been updated to no longer show 5 Trustpilot stars./

Hi there,
We've checked and we can't find anywhere on our website where we show a full 5-star TrustPilot logo suggesting we have a 5-star rating. Genuinely confused!
Please let us know where on the website you saw this by replying here, or by emailing help@rewardflightfinder.com
Update (3rd November)
You complained about our website showing a 5-star TrustPilot logo when our rating was lower.
We searched our website several times and couldn’t find what you were referring to.
Since making your complaint we have made no adjustments whatsoever to how we show TrustPilot on our website.
However, in your follow-up response, you attached a screenshot of an email footer from one of our recent newsletters.
This helped us finally realise you were referring to an email and NOT our website, hence our original confusion.
Thank you for letting us know about this - we have now removed the logo. This was a genuine error, and not intended to deceive. We got there in the end!
Useful App
I am working in Chicago and I use this app to find my flights to & from London. Knowing my holiday dates in advance mans I can set alerts months ahead. Saves me a ton of time and money.

I make sure to use my Avios
With the current cost of living crisis it is silly not to use my collection of Avios for flights. I use RFF to find the flights and so far, it has worked, so long as you set alerts months ahead. Booking flights and looking for deals for a vacation/holiday are definitely not fun activities and adds a lot of stress to a supposedly relaxing experience and RFF helps me avoid a lot of the headaches. It's definitely become an integrated part of my trip planning process. I highly recommend.

Saved £1600
Just set up alerts far in advance & they will search for you. I think better for long-haul than short-haul as savings are greater. I just saved about £1600 on flights to India.

Really gone down hill
Really gone down hill in the past few months. Can't do anything without paying a premium. I used to be a silver subscriber but you used to get a reasonable experience on the free version... now the fact I can't do hardly anything on the website as a free subscriber, I'm not giving my money to upgrade again. Greed gone too far.
Having read other reviews, I'll use other sites from now on.

We are a small company and in common with other subscription businesses we offer different levels of benefits at different prices. We are sorry to hear that you expect more for free. We could not sustain that, and to our knowledge, no similar service to ours in the UK offers a free option.
TAKE THE WIN RFF!
Any business that softens the pain of parting with mega bucks for flights can consider me, my family, my granny and my dog SUPER FANS!!! Seriously, what's not to love and adore about RFF!! Yaaay to more savings!!

Got my annual subscription back with one booking
I'm retired, so in principle you would think that I have lots of time to search for these free flights. Having to put in your details every time to search the BA Website is such a pain, especially when you have to do it several times each day. BA could do better. Now I set up alerts on RFF. Very efficient & good value for the money. I got my annual subscription back with just one booking.

I run RFF and we're devastated by our terrible mistake.
We're a very small company and one of our team members made a genuine mistake.
We emailed all of our members immediately after the initial email was sent to apologise for the error.
We take this very seriously, have dealt with the person involved, and will be making a donation to a Ukrainian charity in the coming days.
Annoying amount of emails
The free membership level is a waste of time unless you only want to fly economy. What’s more annoying is the emails that they send to you EVERY day!
