Reward Flight Finder Arvostelua

Quick to respond to emails and sorted my payment issue immediately. Very impressed!

Brilliant site! I had pretty much given up trying to find reward flights on the BA website, as I couldn't find any dates for the places I wanted to visit during the periods I wanted to travel. It was so hit and miss on the BA website. Within 24hrs of signing up to Reward Flights, I had my flights booked, saving £000s on two business class flights to Ghana, making the £79 annual subscription for Gold Membership excellent value for money. The alerts facility is incredibly useful as I start planning my next trip, as is the facility that lets you see which flights have Club Suites, so you can enjoy the full biz class experience. Would highly recommend signing up for the Gold membership so you can make the most of the benefits on offer!

I have used RFF for the past few years and it has been a great asset, I have moved job and down graded my membership to bronze. The online team were super helpful assisting me to all the way thru process and the refund was very quick

Wonderful concept, super easy to use app and great customer service when you need it - what’s not to like!

RFF delivered as promised and can make booking flights a lot easier!

What an appalling service. I cancelled the free trial yet without warning without any communication they then proceeded to take £79.99 from my bank account. Only way to contact via email, no responses for days, no way of calling them, not convinced the trustworthiness of this company"

Been a both a basic then Silver member for a while. System found me some great flights from UK to USA where I snagged some BA FIRST costing less Avios than Club ! Keep up the good work guys

I had an issue with my account and payments. Its refreshing to know that there are still great companies that actually care about their subscribers, and take the time and respond to emails.
I had sent an email about my issue and within 2 hours the issue was completely resolved.
My sincere thanks to a most professional and helpful team, it was very much appreciated.

Was feeling pretty gutted to miss out on Avios flights to South Africa after staying up past midnight 3 nights in a row and then out of nowhere got an alert early evening a day later for extra reward seats that got released and managed to book. Definitely worth paying for gold even if it’s just for the month you need to do booking.
Keep up the great work!

Simply a scam, charging to only show flights from one airline that provides that data for free.

Douglas at Reward Flight Finder was extremely helpful and efficient in helping to sort out my account.
Reward Flight Finder is excellent in helping to find dates for reward flights - saves a lot of time and hassle

I had an issue with my membership and the people at Reward Flight Finder quickly resolved it without fuss.Frindly and helpful customer service

I somehow signed up to a yearly plan and saw this charge in my bank account. When I emailed the customer service team to inform them of this and that it was not intentional, they responded straight away, issued a refund and downgraded me to the free plan instead as requested.
Refreshing to see such prompt and helpful customer service in the new era of bots and unhelpful, longwinded resolution processes.
I would definitely upgrade to a different plan once my travel plans change.

Website is absolutely brilliant, very helpful and informative, would deffo recommend, customer support is quick and equally impressive thx

My membership auto-renewed but I no longer required the silver level so I emailed their support team and it was refunded within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

I had made an error with my payments and membership. I wrote to them and within 24 hours it was all sorted out. Very helpful and I'm pleased to continue my membership, albeit at a lower level than before.

BA told me of this site as I struggled to find any on their own website and found greats flights through here. Had an issue with an error on a charge recently and their customer service handled it swiftly and efficiently, so would not hesitate to recommend. Good service.

Amazing service and a must for all frequent travelers!

Gave refund after i failed to cancel my free trial - great customer support.
