Customer service is absolute trash. Advertised "fast shipping" and then sent order via freight.
Customer Service does not answer phones and only responded to initial email (implying the discrepancy had been resolved). Ignored the other 4 emails I sent.
Package is considered "lost" at this point, and because I am not the "sender" FedEx will not provide details.
I read an article that Revolution-Nutrition had been sued (citing: falsely advertising the servings per container) Apparently, the servings per container doesn't coincide with proteins per serving.
Horrible experience for the first 3 weeks. Hopefully, the package gets found and delivered.

I have placed large orders with these folks several times over the past few years. My most recent one was this week. Received my products (with several quality freebies!) three days later. I am, however, in Ottawa which is relatively close to where they are located (Montreal). Quality wise, I am very happy with my order.

I will admit their customer service could use improvement as it's impossible to reach them by phone. I reached out by email once and got a response two days later. That was last year so I cannot confirm the situation today. I'm guessing they are pretty busy.

All in all, I have had a good relationship with Revolution Nutrition and will continue to order from them.

Scam. No customer service. No response No order. I got robbed.

BECAREFUL....Their customer support is awful, they do not reply, and when they do, they just pretend to resolve any matters. I placed an order two week, and no answer and no order fulfilled, just created a FedEx label for me to stare at? DO NOT ORDER

Fast shipping i ordered it Thursday i got it Monday, the taste is nice, the only thing is i will test their product in a labo to see if they use protein spiking, i tested their product mamoth iso and its full of taurine

Their products are good, BUT they falsely advertise fast shipping when you buy from them. Prices at Walmart are also cheaper than their websites. The shipment takes more than a week despite being a local company. I still haven't received my package, and it has been over a week since I placed my order.

Never had problem with the services or anything else, on the contrary they respond fast and I've always been more than satisfied! I also love the taste of the products, thanks✌️

Customer service is trash , taste ok, but service ruined the experience entirely.

I had placed an order about 2 weeks ago and my shipping status still shows “label created”. I contacted their support team last week and got a hold of them and they said the products are stuck at the border. They don’t have any eta. I will not be using them again and suggest you do the same unless you want your items to be delayed.

Their products seem to be good but they seem to lie a lot on their website like it says you get a free metal Shaker with every order no you don't I just bought over $500 worth and they never gave me a free metal Shaker and all they do is argue back with me it's super crappy because it's a $25 item I ordered $500 with it's time to honor your word or else get into a different line of work

Ridiculously slow shipping / still haven't received order.

I will never buy from revolution nutrition again, I regret that I ever did.
When I paid for "fast shipping" it said I would receive it by the 12th to 15th.
It is the 12th and they haven't even posted my order yet!

Don't buy from Revolution Nutrition!

Edit: They only finally shipped the item after I filed a dispute. I still have not received it.

Worst protein ever! And I have tried 30 different brands.
Tastes terrible, WAY TOO MUCH artificial sweetener. That is really all you can taste. Doesn't mix well.
