I ordered and it said 1-3 business days. It was on April 10 when i ordered and it’s April 26 now and still haven’t gotten anything and even the shipping company say they haven’t received the package to ship it. Very bad and don’t recommend it

I placed an order on website and it say it’s out for delivery for a few days — but when I contact the courrier, they never received it at the warehouse. Customer service is totally unresponsive. The order should’ve been delivered within two days of placing the order, but now many more days have passed and still nothing. I fear the website is a scam and I won’t get my money back/ my product delivered. Complete nightmare!

they have very good products at low cost and the delivery is fast
i recommend this CANADIAN company that give great support and service. This is my second order and i am very satisfied.

Joke of a company. Shipped me the wrong product then ghosted me. Clearly unorganized, avoid them.

I have ordered multiple times with success and no issues. However, there was protein powder in my box, one of the bags has spilled a bit and I was excited about bags instead of bulky bottles but I am not trusting the bag closure. It would have been preferable to just use smaller jars since the powder compacts so much that it barely takes half the huge jar.

Unbelievably slow shipping. Expect to wait weeks while nothing happens. No one responds if you reach out either, is this a scam?

Like everyone else I placed an order for 2 - 6 lb bags of protein and another item about a week ago and since that time nothing ... No shipping information , no communication and it appears they may be in financial or business trouble so DO NOT BUY any product from them . I've tried to email and call them with no response so I'm just going to proceed with a chargeback through PayPal and my credit card company

The protein itself tastes fine and mixes well, I'll give them that. But my order took over two weeks to arrive even though I paid for faster shipping, and when I tried to reach customer service about it nobody got back to me for days.

Ordered protein last week. Have not received any order confirmation or shipping information. Contact number goes straight to voicemail. Also contacted the email they suggest. No response.
Will likely never order from this company again.

I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Revolution Nutrition based on my recent experience. After placing an order and paying in full, my products were never shipped. It appears that the company never even provided the shipping carrier with my package, which immediately raised concerns about whether I was being scammed out of my money.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I have filled out their help form, sent direct emails, and made multiple phone calls, yet I have not received a single response or any form of assistance. Being ignored as a paying customer is unacceptable and has only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Not only did I not receive the products I paid for, but I was also left without any communication or resolution. I would strongly caution others against using this company until they demonstrate reliable service and proper customer support.

I ordered GREEN, which they call “superfood”, one of each flavor and they look terribly disgusting and to say the flavor is disgusting would be an understatement. It looks as bad as if it passed its expiration date and the company did not care at all. It was reported to Consumer Complaints Department in Health Canada with pics I wish I could attach here. I bought for years their protein powder but not anymore, don’t trust them anymore. Don’t buy!

I would give a ZERO star review if I could.

I don’t recommend ordering from Revolution. You can get the same products from Amazon!

I'm a personal trainer with my own training camp.
I would often bulk buy the High whey protein packs & TNT for all my clients however it seems like this new executive strategic decision is a pure marketing gimmick.
Normally, when a company switches to cheaper packaging, the price drops but Revolution instead did the opposite.
$84.95 is fooling no one, everyone knows the 6lbs. High Whey retails at $74.95 and the 80% MEGA sale - really?
My clients don't appreciate the extra and now I've got to choose alternatives.
Luckily, Walmart stock still prevails so I stopped ordering from the official website.
Our favourite TNT grape flavour has also been stopped for some reason.
Do fix it by summer or else you're bidding goodbye to a lot of regulars.

Very disappointed, been buying protein here for a bit, usually get it in 3-5 business days, this time nothing, even the tracking info that was given to me, doesn’t even have the product, I have called numerous times and it always said they are busy been emailing for 3 weeks and nothing, no answers, so now I will have to dispute this with my bank. Bummer cause I did like going thru them, but I will never again.

I would urge everyone that is thinking about ordering a product from their website to NOT go ahead with it, instead pick a company that actually knows how to handle logistics and customer service. I placed my order on 10th March and it has been 7 days and i have essentially received no update on the status of my order. They sent me a link to track my package on the 13th of march stating that they have shipped my order, however their carrier hasn't received my order yet. Their carrier urged me to reach out to the vendor, revolution nutrition, so i did, and i haven't heard a word about it from their side. I have been sending emails and filling their contact form but it seems like they don't bother to communicate with paying customers. Don't even waste your time trying to call their number, they have a 100% record of never getting back. I have requested an update or a refund and haven't heard a thing from them about either yet.

I ordered a Oreo high whey protein powder 2 pounds and it tasted amazing! Got the product in less than 2 days and was satisfied with quality of the product. Will definitely order again!
