We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent experience at our store. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the change in price, which was due to a misunderstanding regarding the model of your device. You had originally booked a Samsung S21 FE battery repair, but on the repair appointment date you informed us that the device is Samsung S20 FE. We always strive to be transparent and upfront with our customers regarding any pricing changes or adjustments.

Regarding the battery replacement, we want to assure you that we only use original Samsung service pack batteries, and we stand behind the quality of our work. However, we understand that you are still experiencing issues with your device, and we would like to offer you a free diagnostics check to identify any potential problems. We also recommend that you back up your data and factory restore your device to eliminate any software bugs that may be causing the battery to drain quickly.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and support, and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to address your concerns and make things right. Please feel free to contact us at any time to schedule a diagnostics appointment or discuss any other issues you may have.
