Bought hair dryer on sale. Happy with product. Website good, easy to order. The courier for my order was Evri and he buzzed my apartment and spoke to me over my apartment's intercom, but seemingly didn't have time to wait for me to get downstairs before leaving my parcel on the doorstep.

NOT BAD
Wayyy too expensive for what it does. The steamer I expected to see steam. Nothing! Even on the highest setting. Does the same job as ghd's. 4* for not burning my hair. 4* for fast delivery. 4* for easy payment installations.
But for the price I was expecting a miracle. I have very thick hair. It took sometime before straightening out.

Still learning!
Have only used it a couple of times so still need to work out the best way of styling without burning myself which I have twice. It definitely does what it's supposed to as regards to waves curls etc but have to learn to do it safely. Once this is accomplished it will be a great tool I'm sure.

I was really excited to use this as good reviews, however I was disappointed. Curls fall out and even on the hottest setting when it says tight it’s more of a wave :( wouldn’t recommend or purchase again ideally want my money back
