Really good choice of books easy to use website, delivered within 5 days

Quick delivery. I would have liked an Email telling me that my order had been despatched. I would also have preferred Yodel to deliver properly instead of leaving parcel on the back doorstep in the rain for us to discover the following day.

Not being at home when the parcel was delivered, it was left on the doorstep. Usually not a problem but that day it was pouring with rain. My package was soaked as were the books inside.

Rotten service by this company! I ordered Christmas on Coronation Street by Maggie Sullivan on 18th October at £2.95, the book I received was The Corner House by Ruth Hamilton. I returned this book at a cost to me of £4.25, total spend £7.20. I asked for a refund of the cost of the book plus the postage as this was THEIR mistake not mine. I was notified of a refund of £2.95 on 4th November, not £7.20 as requested. I am disgusted by this, it was Reuse a book's fault that the wrong book was sent and I don't see why I should have to bear the cost of the return postage myself.
Beware this company. I will not be using Abe books again. or Reuse a book ever again.

I ordered a book from Reuseabook and last Friday I got a text message from Yodel telling me that they were delivering a package that day. I did receive a package but when I opened it it was actually a carpart which I assumed correctly was meant for a nearby car service garage. When I contacted Reuseabook they replied almost immediately and we managed to track down the book which had been delivered to a neighbouring house. All this was obviously not the fault of Reuseabook but their king and efficient customer service was wonderful and I highly recommend this company.

Books in very good condition just took a long while to arrive

After having tried twice to implement the 4FOR3 code and failing, I ordered the books I wanted. I then contacted customer service to tell them. But I regret to say I got no sympathy or understanding and will not buy again or recommend to my friends and colleagues. I am sure if you had wanted you could have given a refund or even another book free, as a good will gesture.

I know the books have been used but the books I purchased have inspired me to try new projects. The books are in reasonable condition for their use they have had. I didn't have long to wait for my purchases. Top marks
