I have been experiencing frequent injuries from overtraining, and was looking for a more sustainable pole dance training regimen. This e-book helped me re-engineer my training schedule to alternate pole days with strength training and rest days. I find the progressions to some of my dream tricks to be very helpful. I've suffered from chronic shoulder discomfort throughout my pole journey, even going so far as to getting MRI's and seeking physical therapy. But there was always a gap between the knowledge of the therapists and this sport and my shoulder usually felt worse after sessions. These workbooks though?! Absolute perfection. Very good guide to strength training for pole and full of knowledge for programming

Great workbook! The exercises are visualized and structured clearly and always easy to follow. I really feel so much stronger after only three weeks of doing this program. Can only recommend this to all pole dancers out there who would like to prepare their bodies in a healthy way for all the great pole moves. I hope, Neola will publish more of these workbooks in the future.
