TL;DR
1. Customer service is amazing, helped me get exactly what I wanted.
2. Console came in perfect condition, way better than I expected for an older device.
3. Received it 4 days after I placed the order. I live in Philadelphia, PA and one of their warehouses is in Allentown, PA so I think that’s why I got it so soon.
I wanted a Black 3ds(the new version with colored buttons) so before I placed my order I reached out to customer service(a few times via text and email, I was impatient) to see what could do. I spoke with Alan, Alex and Brian, they all were very professional and they kept it real with me. They didn’t make any guarantees that I could get the color I wanted but they promised that they’d do their best to inform the warehouse of my color preferences. They kept their word because four days after placing my order, I received exactly what I wanted. A black 3ds in perfect condition, both screens look crystal clear, all the buttons feel new and there’s literally no wear n tear.

This was my very first time ordering from retro; and I bought a ds lite console, and 2 Nintendo ds games as well. Even though I bought all 3 in the same order, the ds console came in a separate package but only given one tracking number. I emailed support and they got back to me within 24 hours which is great. I told them about my issue with the order number attached; they emailed me back with the tracking number for the package with my games. Very nice customer service, the ds console works perfect and is in good condition even when packaged for shipping. Haven't tested out the games yet but I'm pretty sure that they will be good as well. Oh, and the console came 1 day earlier than expected within 4 business days instead of 5-7 business days. My only con is that if I have separate packages coming, it should tell me that there's 2 packages and to give the tracking number for them as well instead of the one package. But overall, pretty satisfied with everything and will be a returning customer in the future! (:

so recently I made a review here as a four-star review I ordered a Wii console from here and there were a few problems like the console not reading discs/some Wii remotes not working but now that the Wii is a little bit older it doesn't have those problems at all overall would recommend as the prices are better than most places

Paid extra for SNES games that are left in limbo
I have been trying to buy my husband some games for his birthday that is coming up next week. I placed my order on 4/4/25 and paid the $15 for expedited shipping, which is supposed to be 3-5 business days. It is 4/11/25 now, and I still haven't even received one of the three games I ordered last week. One says it's in transit, one was sent back to the sender for an incorrect mailing address apparently and the other hasn't even been shipped yet. I paid $118 for these games, and I'm not even sure if we'll receive them. I've been in contact with customer service several times in the last couple days, and they have told me that there is nothing they can do as the games have already left their inventory. So I'm not entirely pleased with this company. God willing, my husband will get the games I ordered by next Thursday as I bought him a super nintendo for his birthday.

Drop shipper . Bought an item from me and shipped it to one of their customers. Charge the customer almost double what they bought it from me And the customer bought it days before they bought it from me. They didn’t even check it when it came from me just sent it straight to the customer. This is disgusting behavior and no one should support it

Ordered Legend of Dragoon for PS1
Ordered Legend of Dragoon for PS1 - disks scratched and unreadable so they sent me a 2nd set of disks which were also scratched and unreadable. Company does not verify condition of resold products in their own warehouse. Just an online reseller. Might as well have used ebay.
Update as a reply: oh? So why have both of my packages, despite you being based in Pennsylvania, come from Canada? Why would you ship them to someone else to ship to me?
