Buy this bike!

Not only is the bike (Joe Rev) way better than I expected, the customer service was top notch! I ordered it and it arrived in 1 day, I was able to set it up in less than an hour and I was out test riding it right away because the battery came fully charged. The bike is really high quality and I haven't had any problems with it. I live in the desert so I put Maxxi tires on it with tanus liner and thicker tubes because of the thorns here. Great bike!

Training wheel issue

We had a problem with a training wheel on a brand new 16”bicycle that was bought for our grandson. Zak, the Retrospec customer service rep was very helpful. The problem couldn’t be resolved with adjustments, so he sent us a new set of training wheels.

I contacted Retrospec for a missing 5 point harness

I contacted Retrospec for a missing part to a bike trailer that was gifted to us. They didn't have the part for sale on their website, but after speaking with customer service, they understood which part we were missing, and was able to sell it to us!! 10/10 recommend Retrospec!

Mustafa at Retrospec in paticular was very responsive, helpful and excellent. There was a problem with the original courier used, but retrospec came through in the end by sending the bike via Fedex.

Fun on the water

I bought a paddle board for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. They were having a great sale, and I saved $90.00. Shipping was fast, and customer service was excellent. I would buy from them again!

Lightning-quick response

When my package was returned by the shipper without delivery, customer support was *very* quick to respond and resolved my problem instantly. I had my goods within three days of initial contact.
