Game doesn’t work
I bought a wii game from their site and I was so excited for it. In the description it stated that the game worked just to find out that it did not work. I have reached out to them with no response back. It was the correct email. You responded back once to my email and when I replied you haven’t said nothing else.

Toutefois le carton qui emballant le tout était dans un piteux état dont un côté ouvert par un trou, donc au niveau de l'envoi faire attention.

No delivery nor response.
I placed an order (#438) and despite numerous emails telling me the item had arrived, (the emails were always arriving late btw) it hadn't. Some polish(?) carrier service did tell me it had arrived at a pickup point, despite me putting in my home adress as a delivery point, but didn't tell me where or for how long it would stay there. I also tried to contact them but even after 3 workdays there's no response. I'm hoping this review will help contact them, and if resolved i will change my review. If not then use this review as a warning.

Your order was sent with a tracking number that allowed you to monitor the delivery process in real time. According to the tracking data, the package was delivered to a local pickup point after an unsuccessful delivery attempt to your home address. An email notification was sent on October 16th to inform you that the package was ready for collection. POSTNL holds packages for a standard 14-day period, during which you had the opportunity to retrieve it.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you until November 19th—long after the package had been returned to us. While we understand that unexpected circumstances may occur, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and collect the package within the allotted time.
As a small business, uncollected packages and the associated return costs are a significant burden.
We encourage you to be more vigilant with tracking and notifications for future orders to avoid similar issues. If there is anything else we can assist you with, feel free to contact us directly.
