Jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupu w sklepie RetroBroker. Zamówienie zostało zrealizowane sprawnie, produkt był zgodny z opisem i bardzo dobrze zapakowany. Kontakt ze sklepem również bezproblemowy. Zdecydowanie polecam i na pewno wrócę na kolejne zakupy.

The game I've purchased not recognized by my Nintendo 3DS. It's not the console because 2 other games I purchased recently from other seller from Poland - works fine. Contacted seller to resolve the issue but got no answer. I don't need money back, I want the working game.

I still did not receive my order after nearly two months nor have i got any updates on the status of my order

Hi, I am writing this review to reach out, because I cannot get a response from any other channel. I have written email, Whatsapp and the website contact form, but after one brief email about changing offices, I have no answer in weeks, and running out of time on the 30-day return window.

I received my shipment of The Godfather II. PS3 disc game in September. Unfortunately the game is not in the mentioned French/region free language like on the website description/box art, but in German. The box cover is different than the disc inside, and the language is not interchangeable in the game (it is a different version).
For this reason I would like to return the item for a refund.
Once I get an address to send it back and a refund, I will remove the negative review.

I ordered an xbox 360 console from you, back on August 11th. Order number 1084. The carrier didn't deliver it, they said the address was wrong, they sent it back to you. I respectfully asked you for a refund in a message, but you didn't even respond. With all due respect, that was the problem.

Relative fast delivery; post services is the delaying factor. Good quality of good.

Before I start, I’m not accusing the store as scammers or anything, this review is about their poor communication with me.

I ordered a Ps2 disc of gta san andreas (Order ID: 25-13092-65500) on eBay (That was on 23rd of May)

I bought a game, and my local post office (Qatar Post) returned it to the seller because the package didn’t include a phone number (As they said). So what happened is I dont know who’s fault is it but I gave the store the benefit of the doubt that they did everything correctly. I trued to contact them and they didn’t respond until i wrote a negative review here (that was on 30th of June)

Still to this day they didn’t receive the item apparently which is fine, and they told me that they will tell me when the thing arrives to them and that they will contact me (this was on the 1st of August)

Ok fine I waited and I didn’t want to annoy them they are a small business and probably have alot going on, so I asked a simple question since this taking soo long “if possible can I please get a refund when the item arrives” and I don’t really care when I get this refund let them take their time, but guess what happened I got blocked on facebook where I reach them out I GOT BLOCKED

I just used my Alt account to ask why I was blocked and If I was annoying or something and asked about the other stuff they never replied to, they said that they still didn’t get a response and they blocked me there as well. (This was on the 13th of August)

So for now, I either get my refund (whenever) or get the actual disc back, I’m not deleting this. Plus I want a clear communication and answer to my questions which are

which is “can I get a refund for the item only ? (I wouldn’t take the shipping fee because it’s not their fault) because I waited for soo long which is for 3 months now, so I will find people locally here selling this stuff”

and “why did I get blocked for just asking a question, I even asked if I did something wrong and they didn’t say anything”

I made a video to show what I'm talking about I used my other account (they dont know of) to check if i'm blocked or if they just deactivated and yup it works normally on my alt account but not the main that I reached them out with, which means I'm blocked, just see it from my pov, No item, No refund, And blocked. Again, I'm not accusing them of scamming, but how does this look if you were in my shoes? Anyway, hopefully they see this and answer my questions. I just want a refund, although it's more expensive here in local stores, but I'm tired of waiting.

Since Trustpiolt doesnt allow links I put that video on youtube search for "retrobroker.com review" its on a youtube channel called "Super Retro" with an @Superetro0

And btw I felt bad to just immediately come here and complain so I waited nearly a week to see if they will remove the block (they blocked me on the 13th, I'm writing this on the 19th)

Update: I'm writing this on the 29th. No one contacted me, they didn't reply to this. I haven't gotten unblocked, which further proves how they are bad at communicating. Anyways, here is my email [ahmedmoslemani @gmail.com] if they wanted to reach out directly
