A Russian-style business idea
A Russian-style business idea. I've been using plugins since 2023. I recently requested new keys, but they refused. Then came a slew of accusations: I violated the contract, betrayed my trust, transferred the keys to certain people, and I won't receive any more keys. Communication with customer support was simply nauseating: they were rude and called me a liar. All correspondence has been saved. The operator, Anastasia, doesn't understand who she is and behaves absurdly in communication. She said she can read my messages before I write them, that I bought the best product in the world at a very low price, and if I dispute it, my account will be banned—that's all. When I asked for proof, they refused. Anastasia wrote: we are not obligated to provide you with anything. In other words, the seller refused to fulfill their obligations. They refused to refund my money. They refused to provide contact information for higher-ups. Yes, I understand that there are three of you in the company and it's difficult to find a qualified online consultant, but not to this extent. And yes, Anastasia doesn't seem to understand where her salary comes from. I'll contact the bank to dispute the transaction(chargeback) and file a complaint with the consumer protection service. This is simply awful; I'm speechless.

We would like to clarify that transferring license keys to third parties is considered a violation of our License Agreement and may result in license suspension. License keys are issued for use by a single user or a single workstation. If licenses are purchased for business use, they must be paid for per individual workstation. Unfortunately, the alternative licensing option offered in this case was declined.
Decisions regarding license suspension are based on license usage verification and compliance with our terms, not on personal judgment. While we cannot disclose internal verification details, these policies apply equally to all users.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It helps us review our processes and improve both communication and clarity regarding licensing terms.

I am extremely disappointed with Retouch4Me. The quality of the retouched results is consistently poor and does not meet professional standards. Despite following their recommended workflow, the edits often look unnatural, inconsistent, or outright unusable for professional work.
(Specific examples of these issues can be provided upon request).
Adding to the frustration is the lack of support. Responses are slow, unhelpful, and often fail to address the actual issues. For a paid product, this level of service is unacceptable.
Overall, I cannot recommend Retouch4Me to anyone who values high-quality retouching or reliable customer support.

Additionally, your support team did not respond promptly to my request for proof of purchase (VAT invoices) during the 500 error on your website on 28/10/2025. (I tried to reach you by phone on 28–29/10/2025 at +372 54420584, but was unable to get through. This confirms my statement regarding the low level of service provided to existing customers.
+The advice to use a VPN raises serious concerns regarding security compliance and professional conduct. This guidance, provided by your support team during this period, was neither professional nor acceptable. It caused unnecessary operational complications and significant mental stress to my employee, particularly in the context of the ongoing 🇺🇦 Ukraine/russia conflict, as some of his relatives are currently participating in the military operations on the battlefield.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our products and customer support.
However, after a thorough investigation of our records, we have determined that this review is not a genuine reflection of a customer experience with our service. It appears to have been left by an individual who was permanently blocked from our support system for violating our terms of service.
Prior to this review, the same user sent our support team a message containing extremely offensive, abusive, and hateful language. The messages included severe personal insults and statements that incite ethnic hatred, which fall under the category of hate speech and are considered a criminal offense in many jurisdictions. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards such behavior, and the user was immediately and rightfully blocked.
Given these circumstances, we cannot consider this review as good-faith criticism. It is a retaliatory action following our necessary decision to block the user for their unacceptable conduct.
For our genuine customers, we wish to reaffirm our commitment to providing high-quality retouching software and responsive, professional support. We are always here to help through our official support channels and are dedicated to resolving any legitimate issues you may encounter.

probleme resolu
j'ai malheureusement perdu l'acces a mon compte car je n'avais pas l'email utilisé par apple lors de la création de mon compte via Apple (j'ai masqué mon email perso).
Apres une longue période d'inactivité, mon retouchpanel s'est déconnecté, impossible de m'y reconnecter et de récupérer mes crédits. Anastasia a fini par résoudre mon problème en m'invitant a recréer un compte et m'a crédité mon solde restant.

Upgrade to Windows 11
I had to upgrade from Widnows 10 to Window 11. This caused my plugins to stop working. I opened a chat and Tim responded and was able to help me. The total time was less than 5 minutes and everything is working as expected. I'm very happy with the products and the support I get from retouch4me.

Instant problem solved by Anastacia & TIm from the support team
I tried the color match OFX demo plugin within Davinci Resolve and it totally convinced me. Unfortunately I chose the wrong version (color match photo) during the purchase. Anastacia and Tim from the support team guided me through the change into the correct OFX version.
