My best editing tool
I have used many of Retouch4Me's products for about 2 years now and I am very pleased - it has sped up my working speed enormously. On the few occations that I have had to ask their support for help, I have gotten really great service. Today, I received help to make a decision on weither or not to get started with Apex. I needed clarification on how it worked and if it would integrate into my workflow. Their representative Tim answered all my questions with great patience and helped me feel confident in my decision to start using Apex. If I were to choose one single tool that eases my workflow the most, it would definitely be Retouch4Me.

Longtime customer honest review
I have been an extremely satisfied customer since Retouch4me came on the market. Their products just work. If I ever leave Adobe, I know that their standalone products work. Finally, unlike other photo editing software where one has to pay every time there is an upgrade, Retouch4me is pay once, own forever with free updates. You can't beat that!

when it works- its great
when it works- its great. but i pay by the cloud retouch and there are times were it will pop up an "Error ID" and the retouch doesn't get done... YET IT TAKES AWAY FROM MY OVERALL COUNT OF RETOUCHES IVE BOUGHT!
I end up having to close Photoshop completely and any time it needs to update i have to restart my computer to fix this issue... every 3-4 photos it does it and it annoys me. it made an hour of edits turn into a day of frustration. and it doesn't batch retouch either if you're wondering. esch time ive tried it stops on one photo from the file folder and even that photo isnt done inside.
Hopefully I will find a better editing plugin somewhere else to rid myself of this issue.

The best customer support - problem fixed in less than 5 minutes
Amazing tool and amazing customer support that solved my problem in less than 5 minutes - I accidentaly bought plugin for the wrong account and they fixed that immidiatelty. Totally recommend!

Not Built for Precise Professional Retouching
I tried Retouch4me hoping it would speed up my workflow, but it was not a good fit for professional retouching. My biggest issue is that it changes the face too much. Clients want to look polished, not like a different person. I also need precise manual control and very specific adjustments, and this software does not give me enough of that. The UI did not feel intuitive to me either. For retouchers who care about subtlety, identity, and control, this feels too automated and too limiting.
